This trailer is great. It doesn't have that much jump-scares, which is a good thing and that voice is eerie.

Compared this to other crappy horror trailers, this is quite an achievement since this only has 2-3 jump scares.

I saw the trailer for this before watching Keanu. And, all it is, is the same ole' exorcism story that has been recycled time and time again since The Exorcist. I thought the first film was good, but this just seems tedious.

Not watched the trailer, not going to, but I loved the first movie and i'm very excited for this. Patrick Wilson is awesome and him and Vera Farmiga were great together.

I think it'll still end up fresh on RT which is great for a horror sequel.

Did someone already confirmed if the Prologue for Conjuring 2 is the Warren investigating the Amityville Case? I've read this as a rumor some months ago. I hope so, because if this true, the franchise is following all the very important cases done by the Warren in chronological order!

The Warren Cases

1970 - Annabelle - Adapted as the prequel movie Annabelle + Sequel planned
1971 - Perron family - Adapted in The Conjuring
1976 - Amityville - Possibly prologue to The Conjuring 2
1977 - The Enfield Poltergeist - Adapted in The Conjuring 2
1981 - Demon murder
1986 - The Haunting in Connecticut - Already adapted, but not in this Franchise
1989 - Smurl family
[1991] - Werewolf exorcism
[????] - Union Cemetery

Does it suck as much as the first one? The first one is hands down the most generic piece of crap I've ever watched. I'm was so furious when I left the theater.
