I work at a mine that's accessible by flight only for about 10 months of the year.
No, I definitely don't like flying. Turbulence and wind freak me the eff out. I'm white knuckling it most of the time.

OT, I've unpacked after my first day back and am watching Cubs/Giants.
Earlier I was listening to Nats/Dodgers on satellite radio but never caught the end of it. Seemed like a crazy game.

Yikes.

I did very badly on the treadmill tonight. Overestimated how much I've improved and pushed myself too hard so I had to stop 3 times to catch my breath and slow down a few times as well. Finished with 7.08 miles in the hour session but it was bad, going to go with the pace I used on Thursday and then ramp it up more in the last 20 minutes so I don't tire myself out so much.

Wow, that sounds interesting. Maybe a dumb question but well my first thought was a helicopter but it's a plane you flew on? So when you were packing up, you were coming home?

Just messin' with iTunes. Ripped a David Banner cd but for some reason it didn't get the album info for me so I'm using Wikipedia to fill in the track listing including the "Featuring so-and-so" for the comments section

I foolishly neglected to take any pictures before I ripped out the existing units and removed the god-awful border that was super-glued onto the walls by the previous owners. But I took a couple after I white-washed the walls a few days ago. Today, I'll be beginning to apply the paint colour I've chosen. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, lol.
