Just had my f112s delivered back from the engineers so am celebrating with some white grenache and then off to lunch at the Mirabelle.

The sun is shining and I'm a gonna get off my face.

They've both been dead for over six months mate. I think it was a lightning strike that did it as the diagnosis was over-voltage, and it seems a bit strange that they both went down at the same time.

Originally, I didn't care to get them repaired as previously JL had an insignificant following over here in the UK - it was a trial(and costly experience) in itself to get them shipped over from the U.S via Barry Ober(Bless his heart) so I thought I'll just leave them and put it down to a costly mistake as they had no support here in the UK.

Anyway, luckily it turns out that a few guys have been willing to take on the distribution of JL AV products here in the UK.

I just hope that JL are appreciative of the dedication that Manny and his team (from AV Tech Solutions) are giving to their company as support, as tbh I've never known this much dedication from any manufacturer's sellers or distributors.

I imagine that it's a similar feeling to you guys that purchase Kef or BW speakers in the U.S.

Although being English products I'm yet to hear of any of their speakers malfunctioning.

I am getting ready to go out to dinner. With all the local graduations it is almost impossible to go anywhere as the roads are bumper to bumper so I have to leave an hour earlier than planned.
