Mylared and acid-free boarded. Not insured nearly enough, but I have gotten something from them. I will just about be ready to sanitize the comic vault today. After it dries, I can begin refilling it. It’s just been a nightmare, overall.

My comic vault… It’s a temperature controlled 9x12x7 room with full air exchange every five minutes, and it also has water alarms installed. The water alarms were something I was insistent about; ten bucks and a 9-volt battery saved me 50K. I bought four of them years ago. I keep them in the music/guitars room, too.

Did some car work today. Things went both good and bad haha but tomorrow is a new day.
Also mowed the lawn, so pretty beat.

Raising Cane's seems to be expanding here (Los Angeles'ish area) into a lot of fast food lots that were empty. New construction too, they've really improved the empty lots that they've taken over. I'll probably try them out one day, if only for the sweepstakes they offer (lots of prizes) and their rewards program seems decent.

No Zaxby's yet though.

The Chick-fil-a's without 2 dedicated lanes for drive thru are something of a disaster zone. I parked behind a line one time and it took me like 10 minutes for drivers to let me through.

I had never heard of a Zaxby's before seeing them in Georgia when I was visiting my parents in Georgia. I didn't stop there but they did get my interest. I guess I was too busy trying one of the 45 different flavor of milkshakes at Cook Out

I swear, every single one I pass on any given morning/lunchtime/dinnertime seems to have two lines wrapped around the building, it's ridiculous. Southerners seem to eat it at least once a day (my buddy's wife certainly does for breakfast)

I can't stand waiting in drive throughs. Can't tell you how many times I pull up to a restaurant to get food and there's 10-20 cars in the drive through and nobody in the lobby. I don't want to get down either but I also want my food in an expedient manner.

More available seats in the dining room for me.

By the time I get back home the fries aren't hot anymore, which was the whole reason I went to the fast food establishment in the first place. Chick-fil-a's waffle fries are amazing when hot.
