preparing to go to my uncle's viewing. my cousin is going home and i wouldn't see him for about a year (that is if he ever decides to come back to CA). this is really difficult for me because he's my only buddy and the one i consider as my friend. i wouldn't have anyone to go to the movies with anymore.

resting before i start taking care of a lot of stuff again. i am finally home after an exhausting day at my uncle's viewing. it just felt surreal being there. i had to deal with so many people asking as to how many kids i have or if i'm already married. it was as if i was abnormal for being single. i know i shouldn't allow people's comments to affect me, but seeing how different people's lives are compared to mine only made me feel stuck and stagnant.

I know the feeling about being asked if i have kids and or a family. Like they almost kinda look down upon me for not doing so.

But what I'm doing? Eating a Baloney and cheese sandwich, with a cup of Dr. Pepper.

people are usually shocked when they hear my answer to those questions.

i always say, "hell no!...why would i wanna be married or have kids?!"

then they want me to explain why i would say that.

and no, i don't have anything against kids or the concept of marriage.

for me, i just want people to do what's going to make them truly happy. life is about sharing your happiness with other people, and it is true that one of the best ways of doing that is by having a family of your own and dedicating your life to give your own family as much love and dedication as you could. in my case, i have too much baggage in my life and just my battle with depression alone is enough for me to think that in order for me to even start sharing my life with another person, i must learn to be happy with myself first.

OT: i'm about to eat some leftover chinese food.

Watching an ebay auction attentively even though it won't end until Tuesday. It's a film on Super 8mm. I put $100 in as my max bid. As a filmmaker, I love celluloid.

I do. Well, mainly people having kids in order to get some sort of "fulfillment" out of life. Babies and overpopulation are the biggest threat to the human race and the planet itself so there's nothing more selfish than having a kid because "it's expected" or you can't find happiness in your life otherwise.

I could go on a huge detailed diatribe but I doubt anyone here wants me to.

Kudos to those of you who aren't giving into the pressure to get married or have kids if it's not what you honestly want to do with your life.

I hate that. I swear sometimes I spend more time looking at my collection trying to decide what to watch than actually watching something.

Having a laugh at some of the questions people ask at yahoo answers the last one was

"Hey! If I install Windows 7 32-bit twice, will it make it 64-bit?"
