Luckily for me the employee left right after I made that post. It is very rarely that I eat something at work, but my SM is the worst offender when I do. “I know you’re on lunch, but...” But nothing, doesn’t the change in my demeanor tell you to leave me alone and let me eat?

We had an informal meeting today. I got a few things off my chest, but I doubt that it will change anything. The DM came in for a visit today and I caught him before he left. I’m going to try and meet up with him on my day off Friday. Hopefully that happens and I can get a leg up on where I want to be.

According to the SM, he still wants me be his next ASM, but I need to focus on and finish the tasks he assigns me in a timely manner. Again, dude, leave me alone and stop pulling me from them. At this point I’m just going to make a decision on what needs to achieve that goal. So guess I should have put this in the What’s on my mind thread, but I’m too tired.

I took a nap earlier and still feel like I could fall back to sleep. I’m going to have a few drinks and continue my This is Us binge watching. Night all.

I think you might need to talk to someone about these issues you are having. Also if you really need your job and you get fired over a medical technicality, make sure you sue them or something.

Like a therapist? Yeah, I am working on that. I am messed up in various ways. I don't really want to go into great detail.

Yeah that wouldn't fly with me... We have a policy here that we can't conduct business off the clock, and we dont get paid lunches so once I clock out I become a walking zombie..dont even think about talking to me. I have managers who every single time they see me feels the need to say hi or some kind of small talk, if I'm off the clock I ignore them - it's not a lack of respect thing i just don't want to talk to any one.

Yeah I rarely eat lunch, so a microwave isn't needed. If i do eat, it's a cold sandwich, a cliffbar or the like that doesn't require refrigeration or heating.

I'm trying to watch Sportsnet but my Ex is trying to play music on Spotify and it keeps changing the input on my AVR. I don't know how that's possible as she's at her place and I'm at mine. It's frustrating us both.

I usually don’t mind anyone talking to me Mike. I just didn’t want to listen to this employee pissing and moaning. It is life sucking and I’m about to correct that shit if it continues. I just sent a text to the DM and it looks like tomorrow’s a no go. I’m kind of bummed, but totally get it. I’m also wondering if I need to have a sit down with both the SM and ASM. Because I kind of feel it’s unfair to compare me to an employee who is now a ASM at another store. Not to mention, hold me accountable on things I’ve not been properly trained on. Anyway, might get cleaned up for work early and try to watch something afterwards

Just got home from work, looks like our guest room is free again. Guess my little brother decided to get back on the road before the holiday next week, which frees up my Thanksgiving Day once again. Dammit the ******* couldn't even say good bye

Watching deer (two does and four fawns) eat fallen leaves from a tree in the backyard. No idea what kind of tree it is but they love it. They eat the leaves from the lower branches throughout the year. Sometimes they even stand on two legs to reach them.
