I think Warner Brothers gets to keep that one.

I still anticipate some surprises / I sense October will be an expensive month again..but a lot of the SDCC titles spill into 2016..
One of my favorite things is seeing an announcement for a bluray movie that on DVD is something like 50.00 !

All speculation, nothing confirmed though
Looks like The Mad Magician is out, as it'll be released in a four pack by Mill Creek.

I wonder if they'll announce any SteelBooks at Comic Con. Seems like a good time to debut them

Yes but some titles are only for DVD rights. Not saying thats the case with The Mad Magician but those types of rights exist.

I've always wondered if having "666" in their UPC prefix was intentional or not since the same prefix is used for Shout Factory releases too.

Don't mind me. I'm just waiting for the surprisingly passionate debates about whether or not this change is for the better
[Show spoiler](it is)
, followed by the reignited debates from the usual suspects over whether slipcovers are important or not
[Show spoiler](they're not)
.

Ah right. Don't know why I didn't think of that.

They do look better and as long as they don't go back to the blue banner after say, three or four releases, everything will work out just fine.

I'm ready to see the Demon Knight and Army of Darkness artwork. I imagine Paul Shipper will do Army of Darkness since he's done their high profile titles this year and his always look great.

I generally don't like the new artwork on their releases (so many floating heads, it's like 90s Weinstein home video releases all over again), but I really like the artwork for People Under the Stairs. Fool in his Scout uniform is nice touch.

I asked a while back and Cliff, point blank, said no. I sure hope he was just dodging the question!
SF would make a mint, and the U.S. would finally get a nice stream of exclusive steelbooks(no slight to the Target Mondos).

I thought the steelbook thing was just an idea they were floating around. I got the impression that the feedback wasn't great and Shout may have quietly dropped their plans. I guess we'll find out during during Comic-Con. I love steelbooks but I'm not buying something I already own again for a steelie. I'll only bite for future steelbooks.
