Some of the print damage was a bit surprising to see (I actually don't mind it in most cases though... I think it adds to the charm sometimes in these low budget 80's Horror films) I also recently picked up The Legend of HellHouse and Evilspeak from another forum member, so those may make the marathon as well depending on my mood... I have plenty to choose from that much is certain. I haven't decided what I'm watching yet tonight, but it will likely be either

or

Possibly both...
Can't go wrong with Ernest Scared Stupid.

I watched it in the theater upon it's original release and don't think I've watched it since. I just recently (in the last month) picked it up and am looking forward to revisiting it.

My favorite of the Ernest movies.

I was never a big fan of the Ernest movies (although I like the character), but Ernest Scared Stupid was always my favorite of them. Haven't seen it in years, but my younger brother was obsessed with it as a kid and watched it all the time.

I really like The Legend of Hell House. Still need to get that one myself. Personally, I actually prefer it over the much more popular The Haunting.

That pic reminds me... how many more Halloweens are we going to have to do without a US release of Trick Or Treat?

Who agrees Habit is a criminally underrated unconventional vampire film and can't wait to see it remastered in new HD transfer?

I highly recommend all Scream fans take a look at importing Vamp from Arrow Video UK. It's region-free, looks nice and is a super fun 80's horror comedy that seems right up a Scream Factory fan's alley. Nice supplements by High Rise Productions as well. Horrible cover art but the original poster is on the other side.

I just ordered Witchboard and Night of the Demons from Amazon. I held off for a while, but I've had a hankering to watch these lately. They should fit in well with my October movie lineup.

They should, when in the right mood to watch both are very enjoyable. I prefer Night of the Demons II over the first. Witchboard is really good too

Yeah, I imported the limited edition a couple of years ago. Certainly better than the Image release.

Night of the demons is a must watch for the Halloween season. Part 2 is surprisingly good for a sequel.

Will Scream have a sale this October? And I'm hoping it's a good sale, not that 18.99 or 17.99 deal with coasters and 10% when you spend $100 haha.

They will have a sale, but I'm guessing it will be like the Summer Of Fear sale where the prices will be underwhelming.

Check out the sale going on now at Deep Discount. Their prices are already pretty good, then you get an extra percentage off depending on how many you buy.

Yea 2 was good also. Speaking of Night of the Demons, am I the only one who also liked the 3rd movie?

I highly agree with this even though I'm more middle of the fence about Scream. Forgot to get it in their (Arrow Video UK) last sale.

There were 3 Night of the Demons movies?!

(I don't even want to look up to see how many Pumpkinhead movies there are.)

Four, if you include the 2009 remake.

Oh damn.
No idea if I'd want to have marathons of the entire series. Wasn't the fourth Pumpkinhead movie Direct-to-DVD?
Makes me consider not wanting to have complete marathons for the Hellraiser, The Crow, Cyborg, and some other series where the first couple or few of the titles were released to cinemas and the rest home entertainment. Due to the first couple/few being higher quality compared to the others which wanted to make a quick profit and done on the cheap.

All the Pumpkinhead sequels were direct to video. The original Pumpkinhead barely made it into theaters.

The 2nd Pumpkinhead film was straight to DVD 3rd & 4th Pumpkinhead films were made for TV films that aired on SyFy channel then went to DVD lol. If you count the remake there are actually 4 Night of the Demons films too. As for the Crow, the 1st is my favorite followed by the 3rd (Salvation), The 2nd (City of Angels) was ok & the 4th (Wicked Prayer) is horrible lol. I own & enjoyed all the Hellraiser films except the last one Revelations. That one was pretty bad & Doug Bradley isn't Pinhead so it didn't even have him to redeem it a bit.
