How does the Scream sale work for the older titles? Right now I would like to pick up The Legacy & The Sentinal but their prices are $16.99 each. Then you have to pay shipping? Im prime so I can get them both for $19 plus free shipping from Amazon.

What kind of sale is this?? Hahshaha

Or has Amazon just spoiled me.

I have never bought directly from Shout Factory before. Will I be able to wait to see all the titles they have on sale and they buy multiple titles or will the sale on one title end before the next one goes up?

In the past, they've made all the titles available at once after they've all been revealed. Unfortunately, they jack up the prices $1-$2 each, which basically negates the free shipping.

Is the film any good? I saw this at Best Buy and was tempted to pick it up.

Also, I had a question I was hoping a Scream Factory expert could answer. Why is it that there are a lot of Scream Factory listings on Ebay that have the barcode hole punched?? Are these people that got copies for publicity purposes and they are just selling them? When I worked at a national tv show we used to get musicians that mailed in their albums in cd form for the producers to listen to and they always hole punched the barcodes so that they couldn't be re-sold. I was just wondering, because I just received an item from Ebay that had the bar code hole punched, which is lame cause it ruins the reverse cover. I may return it for having undisclosed damage.

I picked up Fender Bender today, I've heard good things about it. It's very much an 80's slasher so if you are not a fan of those films it may not appeal to you.

As far as the bar code punch, that's generally what it means. They are probably review copies/screeners that are sent out and some one is selling them when they are not supposed to.

What was the price on Fender Bender? Also, does anyone find it interesting that the Blue Banner returned to the top of that release. Not something I would have expected. The art looks great though.

$14.99 for Fender Bender. Also picked up The Mind's Eye for $12.99, a great flick, Scanners style low budget horror from the guy that made Almost Human.

I'm intrigued by Fender Bender as well, because it seems like an old-school slasher flick, albeit with a PG-13 rating.

I got this from Best Buy in the mail and my slip was banged up a bit...at first I was pissed then I thought hey it looks like it was in a Fender Bender and all was right again. It's a custom slip now

and oh I enjoyed it very much. good ending...outside the box a bit. Just have to watch it in VHS mode now or whatever it's called.

This is a terrible way to have a "deal", especially when according to some, Amazon has better prices.

By terrible I mean, this whole one day per movie before it grays out is idiotic. I thought they were having fun just putting up a new movie every day just to keep everyone guessing what could be next but you would still have time to buy the past ones.
