The International Cut got a 4K scan.

The Director’s Cut has Bad Ash ripping down Sheila’s dress (though nothing is seen except for some bare back).

I thought that shot was included in the International/European cut also (it was in a R3 DVD I had) but removed from the Director's Cut versions.

I honestly can’t remember if the dress rip is in the IC - haven’t watched it in awhile. I know it’s definitely in the Director’s Cut and definitely not in the US Theatrical.

It exceeded my expectations. Really sleazy. Set your expectations to 1990, but its better than most of the straight-to-video WIPs from the early 90's. It helps that it was shot and edited on film.

In May, we're getting The House that Dripped Blood.

This is what I'm talkin' about.

The Scream Collectors Editions are all good, but I love the older gems that Scream puts out.

I think this one was with Westchester Films, so it was probably a no-brainer. I wonder if we might see Blood for Dracula and Flesh for Frankenstein from Scream this year? I know Cliff said back in 2013 that he tried to get these and failed, but by now I suppose it's possible something has changed.

Awesome! Got to see The House That Dripped Blood only just recently and enjoyed it. I love those Amicus horror anthologies. Will definitely be getting this.

Don't think it'll happen. David Gregory was on the Shock Waves podcast last week and he said that Paul Morrissey has the rights and he isn't licensing them out.

Surprised to see The House That Dripped Blood from Scream Factory, I thought this one was tied up otherwise I would have thought someone would have jumped on it years ago. More Lee, More Cushing and More Amicus is always great news!

Maybe, but the previous DVD releases were from Lionsgate, and then Hen's Tooth many years later. I never even got around to opening the Hen's Tooth release, so both are going on the sale pile.

no, I'm not. In thinking about it, I'm reasonably sure it was from either Severin or Synapse and it would have been at least 6 or 7 years ago....

It was announced with another genre title and then it just never happened....

When I asked MisterLime about a bunch of MGM horror titles a while back, he told me that a few - The Ambulance, Doctor Blood's Coffin, Attack of the Puppet People, Daughters of Satan, Windows, After Midnight, The Falling - 'were with other labels'. Unless The Falling is with Olive, which seems unlikely, I think he was being slightly misleading, and suspect they were all with one label, Scream.
