Is Shout Factory one of the few boutique labels without an Add to Existing Order feature? I mean, even Severin has it & they are one of the slowest/ineffective shippers around? Not a slight on Severin, I love them & spend plenty of cash on them, but it's true. Actually thought about grabbing a couple more titles, but I really don't want to pay shipping to get 2 more movies.

Who else even has that feature? Severin and Vinegar Syndrome? I'm not aware of any others, so it's not the norm (though it would be welcome).

I can no longer access Shout's website by entering "shoutfactory.com" into my Firefox browser like I used to. Doing so takes me to a web hosting site called plesk Anyone else having issues? I'd like to check if there's been any progress on my Deadly Friend order.

They're definitely having website issues right now. I've been trying to check out off and on for a couple of hours and keep hitting errors.

Indeed. I'm aware of others that specifically say they will NOT do that, ex Mondo Macabro or Diabolik. I don't think it's very common among small retailers.

I’ve asked them and this is the reply that I got back from them:

“While our system is set up to allow us to reduce a quantity of a title that's already on the order, we can't increase the quantity or add other titles after the order is placed.”

Halloween III is an upgrade, gotta piecemeal this 4K set if they aren’t going on sale lol.

The rest are blind buys. I recently picked up a DVD copy of Deadly Friend and really enjoyed it, so hoping People Under the Stairs and Shocker are in a similar vein by Wes Craven.

My bro recommended Funhouse, and then the Double Feature is a total blind buy but seemed up my alley.

I’m bummed that I waited on the Friday the 13th collection last week when it was on Amazon for $90, and they didn’t include it in the sale today.

No problems with the coupon itself, but with the checkout process and the website it general.

I couldn't check out with PayPal or any credit or debit card, but as mentioned earlier the Amazon Pay option (which shows up early in the checkout process) did work for me, along with that $10 coupon.
