My only knock on it is the last quarter of the movie it's like the budget got tight and they had to take short cuts...though I do like the ending wrap up.
If I get Night of the Comet it would be sentimental as my mom used to own it, I wasnt into it but have mulling it over

I just replied to you in the NOTC thread, but this is a post that cries out for an intervention.

Under no circumstances do I recommend passing on Night of the Comet in favour of Eve of Destruction. Take my word for it. That's like refusing to pick up a crate full of jewels because the Mountain Dew is taking up too much room in the trunk.

I'll add my congratulations to dsman and his family.

I do play lottery , ive won $500 a few times but not the big one.
Without Warning has some rights issues according to Jeff at SF, my guess would be probably something to do with Greydon Clark (speculation only) I could be wrong.
Im also hoping that The Brain That Wouldn't Die gets a Blu Ray release despite the recent DVD release of it..there are other Midnite Movies that would be uber cool like Theater of Blood and Planet of the Vampires

Has anyone found any Easter eggs on Scream Factory releases besides Phantasm II and The Fog?

If Scream does get Theater of Blood, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that they'd put it in a second Vincent Price collection rather than release it on its own.

Also, congratulations on your happy news!

Looks to me like you have a very large and ever growing list of movies you need to watch. You must be young, I am 43 so I have had some time to watch the classics.

IIRC Phantasm II's main menu has a easter egg if you push up from the top option to highlight the movie logo.

Edit: Oh... you were asking about other titles. Not that I know about.

Correct. And The Fog has one on page 2 of the special features when you highlight the tombstones. I was wondering if there were anymore besides those two.

Another vote here for a Blu-ray of THE BRAIN THAT WOULDN'T DIE, along with a volume two of THE VINCENT PRICE COLLECTION.

And great news, DS! Glad to hear it.

Yes. You do forget. Dsman's fantastic news week could be a small fraction better if this happens to be Without Warning.

That said, I'm pretty sure that it is Halloween 6: The Producer's Cut.

I wont venture to guess but Im hoping it will be another older movie. It seems like Anchor Bay is unloading a lot so maybe Halloween 6 in some special version. I do prefer older movies but Ill jump if its something of interest.
It wont be Without Warning until rights are freed. Id love to upgrade more midnite movies even the double features like Return of Dracula/The Vampire would be cool as a blu ray double feature
If I didn't get the Arrow blu ray of Squirm Id hope for that one. My preference is older movies, just where my passion and long history of movie watching goes but there are 80's films that I do like. Since Im into different era's most announcements are winner winner blu ray dinner for me.

Thanks for all the happy and positive support from all of you , it makes the dsclan very happy
