I voted, although you may want to delete the Dimension titles if Shout confirmed they didn't bid for them, as they definitely won't happen now, especially if Lion's Gate got ahold of them.

I would replace them with Howling 2, Howling VI, Phantasm III, The Return of Count Yorga, Hell Night, Curse of the Fly, Psycho IV, Night of the Living Dead (1968), Troll, and Troll II.

Either way, thanks for doing this. It's a lot of fun seeing the results.

Would gladly take the Fog off your hands. Only one I'm currently missing.

I wouldn't put Night of the Living Dead 1968, Troll 1 or 2 , Hell Night or Howling II since they have said no several times for different reasons. Psycho IV seems like something they might get when they have released everything else that they wanted to..maybe Howling II but that is such a God awful giant rabbit turd of a movie (no offense to fans of it, just expressing my opinion..)

When Psycho II and III were released, they were adamantly against acquiring Psycho IV. Not sure if that has changed.

I thought they said "if Psycho 2/3 sold well they'd consider 4".

And Psycho IV is asked for often. So, that means its wanted and within their grasp.

PM me your info and I'll get it mailed out to you. This will be the 2nd slip I give away. That original Fog art is so iconic it's gotta be the one I display

Thanks for that. I didn't realize Image was a no-go. Bummer about the two Warners. I can't see them ever getting even another DVD release. They are grand films.

Bringing Psycho 4 back up again, it was mentioned on this weeks (today's actually) episode of Killer POV podcast that Steven Spielberg enjoyed it so much he wrote a letter to Mick Garris, the director, and he now has it framed.

This whole "Psycho 4 sucks" bandwagon that everyone's been jumping on the past few years is such total bullshit, imo. It's well made, well acted, all around solid film. It's a genuinely good prequel too, which is pretty rare.

Again, I'm still listening to the Killer POV podcast, and apparently Stephen King is a big fan of Psycho 4 as well.

They are all possible options though. That's the point of the poll to show Scream which films fans want released. Plus they have said no to several movies that they ended up releasing. They're not fans of some of these, but if there's an audience you can guarantee they'll release them. There are only so many great horror films that they can get a hold of, it's only a matter of time before they attack the second tier titles. Sides, most of these are bigger and more in demand then some of the others titles they have released. I've heard more requests for Holwing 2 then half of the titles on the poll for that matter.

So, I decided to go back and see what non-CE titles I've yet to purchase that hold my interest. The wheel landed on "Crawlspace" and thanks to a $14.00 store-credit, I got this one for just $6.00, what a steal, I hope, it is a blind-buy after all. A lot of factors had me leaning towards this title. Other titles considered were: "Witchboard" (my next purchase), "The Beast Within", and "Slumber Party Massacre" (still holding onto the trilogy set.)

I've yet to dive into "Crawlspace", my shows are on ("Real Time with Bill Maher" & "Vice" on HBO), but I must say, the reverse cover art is terrible I mean, yikes! This one will be the first time ever I don't reverse the slip.

EDIT - The use of the very ugly reverse weird Klaus portrait artwork is even more puzzling now that I had a second glance at the disc art which partially features one of the film's original poster art works. For those who don't know what I'm referring to part of this great original poster art was used for the disc art.
[Show spoiler]
So, instead of using that cool artwork for the reverse art, they used this ugly thing which was likely created to be used as the VHS artwork, atleast it seems that way to me.
[Show spoiler]

(Click to "spoiler" options to view the posters, didn't want to hog up the entire page.)
I know I was late to the game on this release and I'm sure this may have been discussed before, but I just don't get the logic "Scream Factory" uses sometimes. But, I guess it's what's on the disc that matters, right?

No English subtitles? Now that's just lazy.

I want to say most of the Scream titles don't have subtitles, but my memory sucks

I don't think you can go wrong with Witchboard or The Beast Within either. Both were very entertaining

In reference to the poll.....

I think a deal between Scream and Sony will eventually happen. It seems as if they(Sony) are allowing other companies to produce extras for their movies now. Scream might just be waiting on some of the Sony/Twilight Time deals to expire before making a move. In other words, I wouldn't completely discount Scream working with Sony just because it hasn't happened yet.

If they ever did, I'd really want The Tingler, but Mill Creek might have that one now.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4, Piranha 2: the Spawning, and Candyman are kinda obvious gets, imo.

Agreed, and you can add to that list

Fright Night
Vampires
Night of the Living Dead (1990)
Brainscan
Christine
Children of the Night
The Blob (1988) won't be available till like 2016 or 2017 though.

I also really really want The Last Dragon as a Shout Factory release.

I agree, I have always enjoyed Psycho IV and it doesn't deserve the bad rep it gets. Bring it out on Blu-ray already!
