Also, Sleepaway Camp 2 & 3 don't come out until June. Well after the March Madness sale is over. MM last year wasn't like most SF sales, they just gave out codes for different discounts (15% off, 10% and free shipping, etc.). So if its like that this year I'll be sure to use them for preorders. No idea if the SC sequels are up for preorder yet but if they are I'll be sure to reserve copies.

Obviously there are still almost four months before release, so they may very will still be working on the transfer, but it is something to keep an eye on.

Does the film have a release date? Last I checked Amazon have it on "sign up to be notified" and it's been delayed until the figure out the transfer.

That's true.

I'm hoping Shout runs another nice promotion too between now and then, like for Valentine's Day.

Preordered Scarecrows, Sleepaway 2 and 3, Tentacles, and Ghosthouse double features.

Lionsgate is the only studio left with titles big enough that haven't been released yet on DVD, let alone BD - unless Shout makes a deal with them there really isn't much left to grab. I see them picking up more newer titles like Babadook and the occasional stray independent flick. MGM has been pretty much picked clean.
