Any of those films (above) would be good candidates for release. I'd like to also see "Summer of Fear" (1978) and "This House Possessed" (1981) on blu ray one day or even, dare I say, on DVD.
Don't forget The Norliss Tapes.

Summer of Fear has a DVD from Artisn/Lionsgate. I bought it for four dollars at a convenience store.

would love to see

Crowhaven Farm
Home For The Holidays
Initiation of Sarah
The Spell
Don't Be Afraid of the Dark
She Waits
Killdozer
Snowbeast
Cat Creature
Curse of the Black Widow
Don't forget: A Cold Night's Death & The Intruder Within.

Ants (aka It Happened At Lakewood Manor) and Tarantulas The Deadly Cargo, are available on DVD, though it would be nice to see them cleaned up.

They're releasing TV Carrie so I'm not sure why TV Psycho IV is off the table. Maybe the previous Psycho release sold less than they wanted.

the titles I listed barely scratched the surface.... there are tons of gems that could be released and that i would welcome with open arms (and wallet)...

I love the fact that I have blu rays of Dark Night Of The Scarecrow and Devil Dog.... it's awesome to see them in a better PQ than I've ever witnessed....

Devil Dog is the true surprise, it looks better than a lot of theatrical films on BD.

This is the Wes Craven tv movie about a witch with Linda Blair? I've never seen the DVD for sale for less then $40.

I have the DVD, but it would be great to have this one on Blu ray. It would also be great to see the remainder of the Dan Curtis films out on Blu ray, particularly Burnt Offerings.

Yeah those FX shots were done on video, but the 35mm footage looks incredible when one considers what it is.

Yeah the Anchor Bay DVD was nice compared to the beat up tape master that played on late night TV for decades. It is OOP now though and fetches high prices.
I would love to see it hit BD at some point.

Woah, just got High Spirits and vampires Kiss, they look even better than the reviews let on, especially High Spirits.

On the topic of Psycho IV, it was from the period when TV shows and films were edited on video, does this apply to this film, was it edited on video?

If so it would entail going back to the original elements and re-assembling the entire film from scratch, which would never happen.

Timeless Media is part of Shout so there is no reason why they couldnt get the other Howling pictures. although IMO they all stink lol . They already have a title that was with Timeless which is Reptilicus plua they got some Price films from Timeless Media as well

I know what you mean by *NO* No's can be No today and yes tomorrow (Pumpkinhead, Motel Hell, Howling II) but some can very well be no forever such as anything with Warner. They just dont sublicense their movies - unless its a favor to a director or a PD title like House on Haunted Hill..

Good to know, I'll check out the review but that was my least favorite of the three that I saw (I have the OOP Anchor Bay trilogy DVD set, still haven't seen Tigress of Siberia as I'm only region 1/A)
Oh sorry. I was referring to the subject matter of the films being the reason I wouldn't think they would acquire them.

Nice. I have that AB box set also. I saw Tigress of Siberia but it was too many years ago that I don't really remember it. You would think someone would want to get a hold of and release a Blu-ray version of the old DVD box set at least.

Yeah I try not to ever expect to see anything from WB/Paramount, even releasing something themselves. If I ever see April Fool's Day (1986) hit BD this will probably be my reaction.

Now that I think about it, you're right in terms of the picture quality of the DVD. It definitely is superb given its source. More so, I think it would look great in HD. This movie is ripe for a blu ray release. Although I'd hate to see the value of the DVD diminish, considering I have a second unopened copy.
