I have a soft spot for Shocker. It was my first Wes Craven film, not to mention one of the first horror films I saw as a kid. This will have a place in my collection.

Not interested in Shocker but cool to see them get another much requested film. Hopefully we can get some of the others we're all hoping for.

In other news, Scream shot down Child's Play 2 and 3. That's fine by me since I have the boxset.

Between Renny Harlin's PRISON, SHOCKER and THE HORROR SHOW, which one is the best? I don't think I need 3 electrocuted-ex-con-comes-back-from-the-grave movies in my collection , especially not from the same 2-year period.

From the Universal catalog, I would love to see a double feature release of Sssssss and The Boy Who Cried Werewolf.

Anytime they pass on something already released is fine with me.

There was another one i seem to remember from around the same time, Guilty as Charged with Rod Stieger if my memory serves me right. Saw it once and can remember nothing about it though.

My vote would go to Prison.

I'd say The Horror Show, by some margin.

My vote goes to The Horror Show, but I think many would disagree with me. I don't think it was one of Scream's more popular releases.

Personally I'd rather have Sssssss on its own, but this would probably be the only case where the two films in the double feature were part of an actual theatrical double feature...which is pretty cool.

I watched Prison last year for the first time when I blind bought the blu Ray and thought it was incredibly boring. Of all the horror movies I own I found it to be amongst the most boring. It was nothing like I was expecting and nearly put me to sleep which was sad because I really wanted to like it. I've never seen Shocker or the horror show, but I have to believe either of those 2 would be a better choice.

With you on that, used to rent it often on school holidays when I able to get away with renting out 18s.

Should be £14.99 on dvdworldusa when it's up

Prison would get my vote, but it's been forever since I've seen Shocker. All three films are indebted to the Nightmare on Elm Street series, but Prison stays away from the comedy, while the other two play much more like the late-80's NoES sequels.
