All that has been mentioned is that they are done announcing new titles for this year. That doesn't mean they can't have an announcement or two in the first few months of 2013.

Also, Cliff mentioned working on a great box set for 2013 as well.

Awesome on pretty much all of those. I don't recognize "The Burning" though.

As I said on their Facebook page, I didn't expect Day of the Dead! I would certainly hope it's a new transfer as opposed to a rehash of the Anchor Bay blu. I knew I held off on buying it for a reason Basically I'm hoping they do with Day of the Dead what Lionsgate did with Evil Dead 2 when they snagged it away from AB.

The Fog I'm definantly getting, love the movie, so glad I held off the UK blu last time I ordered. Will get the poster one, if there's one.

The Burning I'm positively over the MOON about, fantastic movie, been dying for a blu ray for quite some time. Will get the poster one, if there's one.

The Howling.... Hmm, maybe when (or if) it gets a bit cheaper, but I've been interested enough to watch it, never caught my fancy

Lifeforce has always interested me, and will get it, and it sounds quite good.

Night Of The Comet I've heard good thing about, can never have enough 80's cheese.

Will upgrade Day Of The Dead, as the Arrow PQ left me desiring better, and it wil no doubt be a cool collectors edition. Will get the poster one, if there's one.

***EXCLUSIVE "SUPER-SIZED" ANNOUNCE!***

The wait is over! We can now officially reveal some really cool and beloved horror classics from the 80s that will be coming from the "Factory" in 2013:

- THE FOG (1980): John Carpenter's seaside g...hostly revenge flick with Adrienne Barbeau and Jamie Lee Curtis. New extras are in the works! First time on Blu-ray

- THE BURNING (1981): Summer Camp. Garden shears. Tom Savini effects. Need we say more? First time on Blu-ray

- THE HOWLING (1981): Joe Dante's ultimate werewolf pic with superb Rob Bottin effects. First time on Blu-ray.

- LIFEFORCE (1985): Tobe Hooper's space vampires and light-show extravaganza finally gets its first ever anamorphic widescreen presentation! First time on Blu-ray.

- NIGHT OF THE COMET (1984): Shopping and zombies highlight this post-Doomsday cult classic. First time on Blu-ray.

- DAY OF THE DEAD (1985): George Romero's splattery undead classic gets a new collector's edition with new extras.

More details on all of these frightfests will be revealed more next year. Have a great weekend!

Consider "The Fog", "Day of the Dead", and "The Howling" all currently have a decent amount of supplements, I really do hope they port those over, behind the scenes stuff even commentaries, of course if not asking for too much any new special features will be welcomed with open arms.

Here's what is already out there on the discs and we should or atleast hope we get these ported over..

"The Fog" is loaded with "Tales from the Mist, inside The Fog doc.", outtakes, storyboard to film comparison, once again another doc., "Fear on Film" inside The Fog doc., advertising gallery, and most of all audio commentary with John & Debra.

"The Howling" is loaded as well with a multi-part doc. called "Unleashing the Beast", deleted scenes, outtakes, "Making a Monster Movie: Inside the Howling" doc., commentary with Joe Dante, Dee Wallace and others, and photo galleries and trailers.

"The Burning" which is a highly demanded cult classic before it became widely available on DVD is the shortest on extras. All we should be getting ported over is a commentary track with the director and an International Film journalist, and a "Blood n' Fire Memories" small doc. which I know Tom Savini is featured in it a lot.

"The Day of The Dead" supplements can be found on this site.

Word of advice, before you place pre-orders make sure you're getting the extras that make it worthwhile, while I know there will be new features which will be highly appealing but consider what is already out there and if they bothered to port anything over.

Very doubtful. Scream/Shout! loves getting their hands on hard to get cult classics, I'm sure some more lesser known cult horror films will be on the way and Shout! will handle anything that isn't horror.

I'm definitely getting The Fog. I may replace my Anchor Bay of Day of the Dead if the new disc is a notable upgrade (and it *should* be, considering how DNR'd the old disc is).

I applaud every title they announced since day one and their devotion to HD pic and extras. Some titles, I've seen a zillion times and at $20-$25 a pop, I cannot rebuy.

I did pick up They Live. Can't wait for some of the newer announced titles.
