Let's fire up this thread a bit.
Shout! Factory release Paramount movie called The Duellists in November. You know what this mean, right? Scream! Factory will most likely be getting Friday the 13th sequels. Other possibilities: The Keep April Fool's Day Silver Bullet The Dead Zone Let's Scare Jessica to Death etc. ![]() |

I wish... but our Paramount deal was only for THE DUELLISTS and THE WALKING TALL TRILOGY... we don't have any other titles. I asked for a lot of the titles you mention, but these two releases was all I got. |

Bummer, Cliff. Another major studio who continues to just collect dust with their back catalog. At least there willing to lease films out unlike Warner Bros. I gotta admit, I was shocked when Paramount announced the "Pet Sematary" Blu-ray this October, it's a personal favorite. I'm sure there release of that won't trigger anybody over there to look more deeply into there horror/cult library. Well, here's hoping Shout's relationship with Paramount stays strong and in the future you guys can get your hands on more titles.

How about
Prince of Darkness (i hate to sound like a broken record) From Beyond (some pineal gland action) The Burning (the slasher genre at the top of its game) All three of those would make awesome scream factory releases |

Also, there's always this way of viewing it....
and I recommend checking out their trailer, it's more of just a slow intro into the beginning of the movie to set the tone, rather than give away any of the story's developments, and it looks a hell of a lot better than the old crap that's typically found on youtube. ![]() Last edited by Youre My Boy Blu!; 08-10-2012 at 10:18 PM. |

But I trust your judgement, even though every Corman title you put out on DVD only is like a dagger in my soul... |
