Again, I'm not one that gets all gooey over slipcovers but they are kinda cool nonetheless.

The early releases are kind of a coin flip as far as slips. I think the only two I have without slips are "Deadly Blessing" and "They Live". If you order the Halloween films, "Deadly Blessing", "Terror Train", or other early releases, there's a chance they won't have slips.

Has anyone ever ordered direct from shout/scream factory and received one of their included/free posters with your blu-ray for any given title?

I'm most curious to know how the quality of the poster is and if it's worth it. Meaning is the poster stock decent quality or is more on the cheap side?

I got one with the AOD release and it looks good. It seems as thick enough as the BTVS poster I got when the first season DVD came out and better than my old Christine theater poster from 83.

I'd love for The Fly to be released by Criterion or Arrow as well. It's my favorite Cronenberg film so naturally I want one of my favorite labels to put it out (SF, CC or Arrow).

Folded and a crease or two doesn't bother me since I have used posters from magazines for a long time.

Watched Bordello of Blood last night. Wasn't the most perfect transfer in the world but I was more than happy with it. The last time I saw this was standard def. on TV and it looked horrible, so I think Shout did a good job with this one. Not a masterpiece of a movie either but I still find it entertaining! It's a fun one to watch.

I'm going to swing by Best Buy and get Army of Darkness considering that the price was pretty good plus Best Buy emailed me a $5 dollar off in my email for my Birthday coming up next week so i'm going to go and use it on that and i believe that it came with a slipcover too.
