Yes, it has been making the rounds on MGMHD. Has anyone asked Mister Lime about it? I've noticed that many of the films I've seen on MGMHD are eventually released by Kino Lorber.

Well it should be with Shout since they put it out on one of their Action Marathon 4-pack DVDs, so I can't imagine why there would be any real obstacles.

Is there a separate thread for Scream/Shout's cover & alternate cover art?

If not, so far I own '10' releases with '9' having alternate cover art. I've swapped in favor of the alternate with -

From a Whisper to a Scream - Not because the original title (The Offspring) is on it but a better cover.
Ghost Town - I just prefer the flip side.
Dolls - The cover used is good but it has too much of a cartooney look and doesn't do it justice for the flip side.
Escape from New York - I'm surprised they had the original on the flip. The new one is okay but it doesn't have the head off the Statue of Liberty. Perhaps people find it offensive now?
I, Madman - I just prefer the flip side. Reminds me back in the vhs days.

The covers I've left as it is -

Ravenous - I don't like the flip.
Pumpkinhead II
Lord of Illusions

And I'm still on the fence with:

The Legend of Hell House - The flip is more frightening and would make a cool poster. However, I also like the current scan.

I'd love Deadly Friend, too bad Warner has it. But Summer of Fear might be a bit more realistic. Both'd be a dream come true.

Hackers is a MUST flip - the new one is probably one of the worst covers I've ever seen. I also flipped bordello of blood and demon knight - there's something about the originals that I really like. Same story for all 3 sleepaway camp movies. The rest I've just left as is.

next generation gets way too much shit. the dinner scene is really good at capturing that mayhem from the original.

Speaking of TCM, whatever happened with the big 40th anniversary Blu-ray? Was it a downmix in the audio? I remember hearing rumors. Was the color timing wonky at all?

I'm not even lying, I genuinely love Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Next Generation!

I'd love to see it come to blu-ray! Preferably from Mill Creek so we can get it cheap and have it still look decent -especially considering a Collector's Edition would be useless since the lead cast members (Zellweger and McConaughey) wouldn't be caught dead talking about it.

I can't say I love it... or even like it all that much, but I'd purchase the film in a heartbeat. It's goofy and unusual but still a fun watch. This plus III are long overdue.
