I'm digging the standard slip a lot more probably one of my favorite slips/art I've seen thus far from SF, so I guess I won't be needing the Deluxe version. I don't have this title in my collection so it's a win/win!

Hate to be that guy...but kinda underwhelmed considering the build up hype...I've just seen this movie so much on TV over the years that the excitement level is not as high as it would be if it was a title that has never seen Blu-ray or DVD. Nice release but I guess in my heart I was thinking Phantasm.

I will say it's nice to see another horror's hallowed grounds though...I wish every horror title had a location feature.

If it is a Collector's Edition and you Pre order or order in the first few months you should get the slipcover, as far as the poster normally they are for the pre orders however there has been lots of times where they will still ship months down the road with posters however don't expect this.

The only one that jumps to mind is Misery.
Needful Things is with Kino. WB has more than their fair share. Arrow/Image has the Lakeshore catalog. Maximum Overdrive is MIA (rumor is that it's with Lionsgate). Night Flier is under control of that madman holding Dawn of the Dead & Martin hostage.
Paramount could become an in-road for the future, but as of now it's not feasible. That said, I'd adore Silver Bullet & Tales from the Darkside: The Movie (as King wrote Cat from Hell).

The Fury put me to sleep. So little actually happens in that movie after the first scene until the last half hour. But De Palma isn't even a big fan of that one.

For some reason I was thinking Needful Things, The Dead Zone and Graveyard Shift were with MGM.. what about Cat's Eye?

And/or find an in-road to Paramount, supposing that their deal with Warner Bros isn't renewed.

Yeah, good call. That one might actually be doable.

If they haven't announced it, it's highly unlikely they're just gonna say if they do. Even if they do, it's in their best interest to say no until they make an official announcement. With that being said, I'd say given their recent trend of New World pictures titles that the odds are in our favor.

There's also FIRESTARTER and that's Universal, so I expect a Scream CE of that eventually.

I'm Happy with all there releases, and also with Carrie's release time for Poll info on this

Carrie (1976) got 92 votes, and Ranked 10th place,

don't forget to keep voting to show what you want to be released

Very nice, I passed on The Thing as I wasn't sure if this line was going to continue but I am now on the waitlist for it.

That's going to be a big seller for SF. Hopefully you can secure a copy.

I can easily pass on the Deluxe Limited Edition of Carrie because 1: I like the standard CE art this time around and 2: I want to splurge out on Exorcist III once they actually announce it. I am far, far more excited for that release than Carrie, which is still a great movie, but not something i'm 100% on board with paying premium prices for.
