No, Army Of Darkness isn't limited and will be around for a while.

They won't fly off the shelves, but I wouldn't hesitate if you are interested in any or all of the titles offered. Deathstalker is cool af, so that should be worth it right there.

I'm planning on picking up the Deathstalker limited release, but I'm going to pass on Up from the Depths, was not one I really enjoyed on DVD.

As for the September titles I'll get Message from Space for sure as I really loved that one and haven't seen it in years. Not sure on Timewalker, but Velvet Vampire is another pass.

I might have felt differently and picked them all up had there not been so many awesome releases coming in September.

I didn't really like Baskin. it's moody and atmospheric and well shot, but could have used a more compelling narrative to go along with the visuals. It's a very grim piece (which isn't always a bad thing), but also felt like they wanted to be as shocking and dark as possible without anything to back it up.

If curious, I'd say it's worth a low price pick up, but I'd be hesitant.

I would more or less agree with this. At 12.99 there's no reason not to snag it. At 14.99 I think it's not a bad blind buy. Anything above that price however and you run the risk of being disappointed and not feeling that the total value is there. I enjoyed it for sure but it definitely won't be everyone's cup of tea... it's also worth noting that if you take a look at my collection I already have a pretty vast collection of horror titles and frequently am looking for something different, even if it doesn't blow me away. Someone with less eclectic tastes may be more disappointed than those of us that already have several hundred other titles to choose from.

This question is for anyone with Ejecta in your collection. Did it come with a slipcover? All of my IFC Scream Factory blu-rays have come with a slipcover but this one. Just making sure it didn't so I can stop looking. thanks

The voice of the people isn't always reliable and doesn't always translate into real sales (See: Serenity's theatrical release or the Scarecrows Blu-ray), sooo... Perhaps I've answered my own question.
well they did a voting thing once, but I created another voting system for them, to be used by the fans and to consolidate all requests in one place, and would love a partner to keep up with demand and make it more functionally and add things to other listings, like for Blue Underground or Scorpion, I plan on adding something for Vestron Collector's Series, anyways I pre-ordered all 5 titles when announced, thank god for birthday money

Anyone else still waiting on SHOUT! for the announcement regarding the finalized contents for To Live and Die in L.A.? I know it's #8 of the Select line.

Where did you hear it was #8 in the Shout Select line? I've never heard much beyond the initial announcements. Arrow just announced To Live and Die in L.A. today, but that was the first I had heard of it. (Granted I wasn't paying attention.)

I'd like for Scream to release Psycho Cop Returns.

Terrible 90's cheese that would have been right at home in the 80's.

Im anxiously awaiting them to detail that and the Nighthawks release, which I think might be #6.

Cause of the image below from the To Live and Die in L.A. Shout thread, first post. Look at the spine.

Regarding both releases from ARROW Video and SHOUT!, I already pre-ordered the former and I'm waiting to buy the latter for a decent price. More than willing to own both in my collection. Wonder if this'll be a single disc or two disc release.

Same here and you should be correct regarding the Nighthawks numbering.

Very cool. I haven't been following the SHout Select line too closely. I was just curious where you heard additional information as I hadn't heard anything since the line launch.

All I know according to the Shout Select thread it'll be released in November and what little else the front page announcement has made. Oh, also the cover-art too which I consider to be awesome. Unless if the cover-art isn't final perhaps?
But I really want to know more about this release since it's one of my all-time favorite 1980's films. Details should be slowly arriving but all in due time.

Yeah, I personally prefer the Shout cover art to Arrow's recently revealed art. Shout's seems more like a cover to me whereas Arrow's feels like a really cool poster or something. If that makes sense.

I like both, will be owning both, and will be getting the ARROW release first. Shout's would be great as a Slipcover since it's minimalist and I'm guessing for both I'll have Original Poster Side displayed, maybe.
But I also agree with you too regarding the comissioned artwork.
