I'm sick clearly because I would buy individual releases of both the Nightmare and Friday series. I don't even need a boxset! (I currently have both collections)

I just heard about the disc exchanges for Child's Play and The Thing. Aside from Army of Darkness, are there any other replacement programs in effect?

Issue with the 4 track audio. They caught it early and replaced most before shipping, but some slipped through. Read the thread.

In addition to the replacement programs for Child's Play and the Thing, it's likely that Scream will have to issue replacement discs for Black Christmas. An audio issue has just been identified. Check out the thread for Black Christmas for details.

I want a Body Bags replacement. The sibilance on both of the audio tracks gives me a headache. Gimme. Gimme! GIMME!!

I got an email for it out of the blue yesterday in response to my email to them around a month ago. Just email them at info@shoutfactory.com and they'll respond for what to do.

If Scream Factory got Van Damme's Cyborg, that would be unreal! Lots of potential great material for extras too! Documentary about how it was supposed to be Masters of the Universe 2, and when it fell through they just used the already made costumes, sets etc. Plus an official release of the Director's Cut in HD would be amazing.

Please make this one happen SF!

I'm happy with my current box set of A Nightmare on Elm Street series, but I'd definitely shell out for individual releases of the Friday the 13th movies. I live and breathe the Friday the 13th films, so I'll probably double-dip on those indefinitely.

I would love to see an interview with Vincent Klyn about the "Fender" character he portrayed in Cyborg, and for someone to ask him what the hell was going on with his voice and crazy eyes. I highly doubt Shout would be able to get Van Damme to sit down to talk about the film. I think I remember reading somewhere that he wasn't to fond of the movie, but I could be wrong.

Ditto!

I have the blu ray disc as well, and the audio is terrible.

We should contact Scream and see if we can launch a replacement disc campaign. Too much time has probably passed, but there's no harm in trying.

Day of the Dead has the same issue as well. Not sure if there's been any contact attempt for that one either as well as too much time passing.

Body Bags, I did notice the audio issues.

But Day of the Dead? Nope. But then again, I might have been listening to a different audio track? Was there more than one on that release?

No it's just the 2.0 audio as far as I know but it does do the sibilance issue. I actually didn't notice it the first time I watched it either but the second time I watched I completely noticed it and there's been a lot of reports from other people about it as well. Not quite as bad a Body Bags but it's there.

Hmm, interesting. I guess I'll have to try and notice it the next time I watch DotD. It's been a while since I've watched it.

Lol sorry man. I should've kept my mouth shut. If it's any consolation all of us who own it suffer the same fate unfortunately.
