I'm totally down for a Darkman 2 & 3 double feature.

That would be the most sensible option, but we still haven't see a Universal double feature from Scream, so it's possible they're not allowed to do that contractually. Separate releases therefore seem likely, though I think Collector Editions would be pushing it (then again, I thought the same about Sleepaway Camp 2 and 3).

Ooh Serial Mom sounds really fun, maybe I will make a SF purchase in 2017 after all!

I've never seen The Vagrant before. I always thought it looked really stupid from the cover. I'm a huge Bill Paxton fan though. Is this a corny horror flick or is it the type that might surprise me by being pretty good?

Would love to see releases of Cry-Wolf and Terror Tract (one of my favorite horror anthologies).

It would be nice, but I wonder if it's like "The Burbs" where the studio wants to release it themselves, but are taking their sweet time (and will probably give us a barebones one that looks worse than the Arrow version besides!!!).

I really hope not. I'm hoping that Arrow will release a US region A release like they did with Vamp and the upcoming Donnie Darko. I'd be very disappointed with Universal if all we get is a low quality barebones release.

So incredibly stoked for Serial Mom! Was this one released on blu-ray before? I still only own it on DVD and haven't ever really looked to see if it was available. But I do absolutely love the film. It was my first John Waters film ever and opened the door for me into his absolutely insane world. Can't wait for this one!

Willard and Ben set for May 16th. May is turning out quite nicely.

Hoping for Angry Red Planet too.

Yeah it would be nice to wipe the slate clean so to speak, Lawnmower Man and Slither aside (Species seems probable as well now). That said, I suspect some of the rest of the titles on that poll (The Bat People especially) aren't too far away, especially with Scream hinting as much.

Arrow's version doesn't look all that great anyway. I mean, it looks fine. The DVD master in HD. It is what it is. I doubt Universal would do any worse. The supplements on the Arrow are nothing to die for either.

The Arrow release was a new 2K restoration as I recall (the Universal release wasn't). I imagine any eventual Scream release would use the Arrow master.

Default Angry Red Planet???

Why haven't they announced angry red planet for may? Really thought they would since it's the only one from last year not announced.... really hoped to see a clean slate.. beside slither and lawnmower man.. but oh well I guess..

I suppose it's possible they might still announce it today or tomorrow, but they have already announced 7 retro titles for the month, which is a lot by Scream's standards.

I asked about it on Facebook. Doubt they'll be a response about so direct a question other than "nothing to report at this time".

EDIT: They did respond! No ANGRY RED PLANET for May. They said the May schedule is "locked".

Picked up Love Camp #7 and The Serpent and the Rainbow this week from Walmart.com (which in itself makes me chuckle), the order came in today and I scored a slip cover with Serpent. I was hopeful but wasn;t expecting one so I was pleasantly surprised.

I've fallen waaaaaaaaay behind on my Scream Factory purchases thanks to the great lineups from Arrow and Vestron this last year. I need to get back to snagging many of these releases I've skipped thus far.

I have no idea why Scream has not tried to acquire rights to Changeling!
This deserves a release!
