3 hours and 20 mins! I can't wait! I still have my fingers crossed for a crazy announcement like Friday the 13th complete collection!

My posts aren't always very articulate when they are from work. There definitely are single movie releases from Scream that don't have many if any extras. Ghost Town was a fun little chiller with some solid special effects that I wanted in my collection. Screamtime was a fun enough experience for me but for a purchase I would probably want a commentary and some interviews for a purchase from me. More relatively obscure horror on blu ray will always be appreciated by me even if it doesn't get a purchase from me. Cheers! Here's to a successful announcement this year!

My Friday nights used to be full of bar hopping and parties. Sitting at home with my wife and newborn while awaiting some blu ray license announcements isn't a bad next phase. Let's do this Scream!

What are wives and newborns? He asked, while pouring himself yet another glass of Cabernet.

Synapse also said Prom Night was a pretty mediocre seller, so I doubt they're in a rush to pour money into the sequels.

Oooh, that's so cold. I thought that was the actual list.

Child's Play 2 and 3 don't really make sense with the 7 disc collection coming out.

Nothing official. Maybe someone in the audience will stream it live on their phone.

Seems strange that there isn't full streaming coverage like e3

Maybe in the coming years. It's been open to the public, so it's been treated a little differently.

There ARE livestreams out there, but none of the big companies seem to back them. It isn't like Sony/Microsoft/Ubi/etc, where they have an hour to give you most of their upcoming plans for the year. It's one project, an hour with a trailer, some Q & A, blabla.

Yeah, I realized after the fact that somebody might have thought those were actual announcements.

I was a little lazy this year and carried over some of my guesses from last year. That being said, Universal have never been all that opposed to licensing films they've already released on Blu-Ray or were going to release later on. Their Child's Play 2 and Child's Play 3 discs are barebones, and I think Cliff MacMillan had expressed regret at passing them up before when he realized Universal wasn't doing more with them.

I have to say I am genuinely shocked that Tremors hasn't gotten the Scream Factory treatment.
