I'm sure they have plans for it since those were never released on BD

Who's up for a Salem's Lot (1979) Collector's Edition in a 2 disc set with interviews, commentaries, featurettes and trailers/TV Spots?
If they did Cobra I would hope they would be able to release the uncut version, or as close to it as possible.

In response to Eerie Indiana...A lot of tv shot on film during this era of 1991, likely 35mm. I'm unsure if it was edited on video though.

I also think we'll get the additional Freddy vs. Jason deleted scenes and perhaps even the workprint version of Jason Goes to Hell for its respective Collector's Edition.
If they do a boxed set hopefully they leave the remake out.

With this new Warner deal, V should definitely be at the top of SF's list of Warner releases if Warner isn't gonna release it on blu themselves.

I think this is the only horror reboot/remake that I didn't enjoy. People can rip on the other remakes like Halloween, but I actually enjoyed that and all the others I can think of. Not saying I enjoyed more than the original in all cases, but enjoyed either way. Nightmare on Elm was pretty terrible though.

I feel like their reply about not having Cobra crosses it off the list, though I could be wrong.

IMDB lists Eerie, Indiana as being shot on 35mm.

They've denied many films only to release them at a later date; it's definitely not a nail in that coffin although I'm sure they've got plenty of unreleased films to choose from before they start doubling dipping too much (In the Mouth of Madness gets a pass because of their love of Carpenter).

Warner has House 4? If so Scream Factory might release it in America.

Not a fan of Alligator so wouldn't excite me either way. As far as others, sure if it only had a bareboned release and the PQ was not that great then sure. Tremors I would buy an upgrade. I just think at first let's get stuff that hasn't even had it's shot at Blu-ray out, that should be the priority(I'm looking at you Critters).

On a side note I wish Scream Factory was releasing more than just IFC stuff as far as newer horror goes. There is some really good stuff out there that struggles to get a Blu-ray release. I think many of the IFC titles are kinda weak.

I'm currently re-watching my bootleg boxset of "freddy's Nightmares" and even though the quality is all over the shop i'd still love a proper, extras packed release. Commentaries and interviews would seem to be easy enough to produce as there was a whole slew of familiar genre names involved both behind and in front of the camera. It would only be dvd but i'd take it in a heartbeat.

It's actually a remake and not a reboot (a completely very different thing than a remake) as it's not Batman Begins.

I'm sure this month or next month or in June or Comic con, they mighty announce Critters 1 and 2 CE blu-rays plus followed by a boxset of all 4 movies in case for those who liked 3 and 4. Tremors CE i'm sure they have planned!

I thought the Babadook was the best of the IFC films they released. Stung was tons of fun and a throwback to the killer bug films of the past.

I'm sure Scream has plans to get the show on DVD.

Their IFC releases have been hit and miss for me. I'm glad they're at least getting these out there for those who want them. I wish Scream could get the Endless, the new film from the guys who directed Resolution, but it looks like someone else might have (including Arrow in the UK).

Babadook was probably one of their finest releases and nice to see independent and foreign made horror imports get the US releases they deserved.

Why?
That's like leaving the Rob Zombie remake/sequel out of the Halloween collection because they werent as good.
I'd rather it be complete.

I have to agree. While in both instances I wasn't a big fan of the remakes, I have found myself revisiting them (and not hating them as much) a few times as the years have passed on.

For me it's the opposite. i think the "Elm Street" remake starts off ok and while Katie Cassidy is on screen its tolerable but
[Show spoiler] once she's gone
it's absolutely dogshit imo, and gets worse every time i see it, which i do every time i have marathon. It should however definitely be included should Scream do a boxset.
