No official announcement, but the fact they cleared up the situation with Piranha II and releasing Strait-Jacket and The Tingler (both owned by Columbia/Sony), it's safe to say the 2 expanded their deal (and I think we can thank Piranha II for that!).

As for me, I'd love for them to put out a new edition of Night of The Living Dead (1990) with a new 4K restoration and extras that will blow the TT release out of the water.

Damn. Deals with both Warner's and Sony. Too much of a good thing.

Even with all the horror blu rays we could get from a sony deal, i think i'd be most pleased for a special edition of "Just One of the Guys" from Shout.

Thank you for the info ! I would be down for a Collectors edition of Night of The Living Dead (I don't have the TT edition) but what I really want is The New Kids I e-mailed Mill Creek a few months ago and they said they still had to right to that which is a real shame because the movie deserves a great release and if Mill Creek even ever puts it out it will be bare bones.

I just placed a big pre-order at the Scream Factory/Shout Factory site...

In The Mouth Of Madness [Collector's Edition]
Memoirs Of An Invisible Man
Someone's Watching Me!
Piranha II: The Spawning
Survive!
Alien Predators
The Curse Of The Cat People
Ninja III: The Domination [Collector's Edition]
Night Of The Lepus
Strait-Jacket
The Tingler

I pre-ordered my April and May titles from Scream a couple of months ago. I tend to pre-order a couple of months in advance at this site so that I don't have to worry about anything.

Default Crucible Of Horror

I'd say it's an understatement that the Scream Factory BD of CRUCIBLE OF HORROR is an upgrade to the Trinity DVD.

And if Gravity Falls sells well, probably Disney next.

Wow. For a company that looked like it was treading water just a few months ago, it looks like SF has a new lease on life.

WB and Sony? If these deals are expansive, they are going to be set for years.

Nothing against Wolf, but what's your rationale for calling it a "cult" film?

Me too! i also want to see the deleted scenes as an extra as well to see the footage too gruesome for theaters.

Watching Scream Factory Blu-rays is fun, and it takes the edge off of eating all of these ramen noodles.

They must have been working on these deals for a while now. It makes sense though because while it seemed SF was pushing out minimal efforts for the last few months they were probably focusing their resources else where. I bet this SDCC will be the biggest one yet for them!

This is probably my #1 wanted non-horror title from Sony that hasn’t had a release yet. I hope Shout can get it.

Not like that HGTV funny money. "Chris is a part time cashier and Martha has a part time Etsy store that has 3 customers who don't buy anything. They are looking for a loft downtown in a bit neighborhood. Their budget is 1.3 million dollars".

Later in the show, they see a house our of their budget.

"Chris, it's only 350,000 dollars outside our budget but has that en suite we love. Let's do it!"

"Sure Martha, let me just pick up that extra 4 hour shift".

With what looks like a Warner deal and a Sony deal I'm convinced Scream has made a pact with Satan himself...and since they've made the ultimate sacrifice and sold their souls, I hope it also includes a Paramount deal they simply haven't revealed yet.
