YES! I saw that when it originally aired on TV as a very young kid and I still have never forgotten it. Incredible film that I would love to revisit.

Never seen the first two but I'd be down for a Blu-ray of Pinocchio's Revenge. I remember mocking the title all the time back in the late-90s but when I finally saw it several years ago I was surprised by how good it actually was. The title is really misleading.

I agree, I would love to see BURIED ALIVE, along with DON'T GO TO SLEEP (1982),THE HAUNTING OF SARAH HARDY (1989), STRAYS (1991) and TRAPPED(1989) An AMAZING STORIES set would be great as well.

As far as I'm concerned, the #1 Universal TV movie (if you can really even call Showtime "made for TV") on Shout's list of priorities should most certainly be WHEN A STRANGER CALLS... BACK! It's brilliant on every level and by far the best movie in that particular franchise.

Maybe if they get the first one from Sony, they can pair it up with the sequel (from Universal) and remake (also from Sony) and could package it like their Amityville or It's Alive trilogies. I would definitely buy it.

This is just a minor curiosity, but a few times now, I’ve seen the title of When a Stranger Calls Back stylized as you’ve typed it but I’ve never seen the title actually stylized like that on official materials like the poster, cover art or advertising before. Was there an ad when this was originally released that used the ellipsis and exclamation point in the title that I’ve missed? Again, this is a pretty minor curiosity. I just have a thing for unusual stylization of movie titles, ie. Hush, Hush... Sweet Charlotte, etc.

Also, I’d love to see the film on Blu-ray as well. Very underrated. Perhaps Scream could do a 2-disc double feature with the original.

I wonder if Universal still has the rights to When a Stranger Calls Back or not. The streaming copy on Amazon Prime Video has a Universal bumper at the beginning, but is credited to Pacific Motion Pictures (Tom Rowe's production company). The Rifftrax version lops off the Universal bumper at the beginning, but leaves in the Pacific Motion Pictures and Krost/Chapin Productions bumpers at the end.

Olive might do Rumplestilkin or Kino since Kino now has a Paramount deal and Dolly Dearest with Pinocchio's Revenge are with Lionsgate so maybe Vestron might do a double feature.

Dolly Dearest would have to come from Vestron.

The Kino/Paramount deal has a lot of possibilities.

dolly dearest is one of those films that ripped off childs play back in the day except it involves girls dolls, demons, and an abandoned doll factory on a farm I remember it being quite atmospheric and spooky I would recommend it.

I think Lionsgate's rights on Dolly Dearest have expired.

Maybe Alice Sweet Alice in a CE would be nice now that Warner owns that movie.

Has anyone seen Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon, and is it pretty good? It seems to get universally great reviews, but the trailer doesn't give me much indication really whether it's my type of Horror film. I'm not a huge fan of the Scream films in general - which are sometimes mentioned in the reviews - but this looks quite a bit different. I picked it up in a Target for $10.76 while searching for clearance LPs. I also found Arrow's release of The Bird with the Crystal Plumage for $12.36. Both are online returns. An awesome deal on the latter. Thanks for any input.

Hey, a fan of The Haunting of Sarah Hardy, that's pretty rare to find

Unless they changed it very recently, order ship free over $30. Also, items ship as they become available.

I got mine from Amazon for 33 bucks.

Speaking of Cohen, i did enjoyed The Ambulance which i always liked since i rented it with my mom and dad as a kid and looks fine on BD.

How about The Deadly Mantis, Murders in the Rogue Mue Morgue (Bella Lugosi), Captive Wild Woman, Jungle Woman, It Came from Outer Space, The Mole People, Killdozer, The Black Cat (Karloff), Man Made Monster etc.? those Universal titles also need to come to BD from Scream.
