I actually just watched this the other day after not seeing since the VHS days, it def. still holds up. De Niro is great & I forgot Benicio Del Toro is in it.

There is also a fantastic German release. The transfer looked pristine to me.

I see Night of the Lepus and Curse of the Cat People have been pushed back two weeks, to the 19th and 26th June respectively. Might be that the extras are taking slightly longer than anticipated.

Is The Believers rights expired with Twilight and now Scream can get the rights?

The MGM titles are surely possible, but then Scream might be mindful that The Believers took a while to sell out, despite often being on sale (for less than $10 towards the end of its lifespan, and still took time to sell out).

I wonder if Scream Factory will consider a Collectors edition of Interview with the Vampire. With the original Blu Ray approaching 10 years old this one would be ripe for a new scan/release and would do fairly well I would think considering the big names attached to it. I could easily see a CE of this being carried in Wal-mart and Best Buy.

I love Death Sentence! But it’s a Fox title and if I remember correctly Shout does not currently have a deal with Fox.

I think the initial Blu-ray of Interview With the Vampire was released in the early stages of the format. It was one of the first Blu-rays I bought. It would surely benefit from a new scan. But extras might be a problem.

I seriously doubt SF will reissue the Believers. Twilight Time was practically giving it away at five bucks for a while (I grabbed it at that price). It's a good film for what it is, has some good atmosphere, but I can't see it fitting in with their line. Then again, they could issue it tomorrow for all I know.

If SF has a deal with SONY, maybe we can get The Fan (1981), Happy Birthday To Me: Collector's Edition, Curse of the Demon (aka Night of the Demon), The Craft: Special Edition.

Maybe, Shout! can get I Like It Like That. A pretty good latino flavored comedy/drama.
