ahh that sucks. I know how horrible they are, but as a kid obsessed with dinos, they were awesome. I understand why you guys wouldn't want to do them. Perhaps when (or if) JP4 comes out, there will be a demand for dinosaur cinema.
I love the Carnosaur films too. I hope that if/when JP4 comes out we will get a 4th Carnosaur film.

To this list I would add:

The Horror Show (aka "House III") and House 4.

Good call on Razorback! That is an underrated gem of a film. Also fixed the Blob date for you.

Ghost Story ('81)
Jaws 2 / 3D / Revenge

I think an uncut HOSPITAL MASSACRE would also make a great contender for release of the year for me. All discs are terrible

I think only THE BURNING could top it

A lot of these requests have hd masters ready to go. The Burning was recently (past 3 years) done by MGM and played on MGM HD and looked excellent. Chopping Mall showed on the old InHD and MojoHD channels. The Car (though cropped) was on Cinemax in hd, Cat People ('82) has been playing in Cinemax in hd, Childs Play 2 and 3 have played on broadcast hd channels. Dracula ('79) was on broadcast hd (the newer muted colors color timed version). Duel, Firestarter, Ghost Story, Jaws 2, 3, 4, Matinee, Nightmares (on Universal HD back when it was good), The People Under The Stairs, Prince of Darkness, Psycho II, III, Raising Cain, The Sentinel (I believe on HDNet Movies, I kept the recording), The Serpent and the Rainbow, and Shocker have all shown in non-upconverted hd on broadcast hd stations.

I have 720p or 1080i versions of most of those, but would love to track down uncompressed copies of Nightmares and Chopping Mall.

Dang, I wish someone could pry Prom Night away from Echo Bridge. The current dvd is almost unwatchable, so I wouldn't expect a BD from them to be much better. But if Shout was able to snag it...

And yes, Chopping Mall would be glorious.
