I wouldn't mind any of those.

I doubt Christine is getting anymore BD's. But I sure do have a list of things Scream can do for it.

Another Sony title for September: The Seventh Sign:

I was figuring they were saving a lot of heavy hitters for September onwards, but no sign just yet (no pun intended). Still, I imagine they've at least 3 more titles to announce for September, hopefully there are some Warner titles in the mix.

They did great with Of Unknown Origin and It's Alive 1 and 3 on the transfers which look fantastic!

Now that's better than the Bride eh? that's more like it!

Yes some more WB, Sony and Universal would be nice.

I always enjoyed this movie. Will probably pick this release up at some point. Much better than yesterdays "Announcement"

Better yes but still not great, they usually release far better titles than this in September so I really hope that the next few reveals are much more exciting !

Yep. Have to agree that Deep Rising from Kino has me more excited than Seventh Sign, which I will still buy. The Bride? Undecided on that one. Scream is obviously sitting on their big stuff, the Warner stuff.

I'm excited to see DEEP RISING and THE SEVENTH SIGN.... far preferable to more double/triple dips!

... and yes I know Deep Rising is technically a double dip--- but a $5 bargain bin double feature disc from Mill Creek is not something I consider an "acceptable" existing release...

I believe that George Feltenstein moved from MGM to Warner during the laserdisc era. There was a brief mention that Warner was going to release a laserdisc of Paul Bartel's PRIVATE PARTS (1972), but it didn't take place. A few years later, the film did come out on DVD.

sorry... I truly thought it was common knowledge that it's a dreadful film... a giant flop at the box office, and a film that justifiably has been completely ignored and forgotten.

From the Seventh Sign announcement....

Quote:
*NEW TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT**

Demi Moore, Michael Biehn and Jürgen Prochnow face the end-of-days in the riveting 1988 thriller THE SEVENTH SIGN—which is coming to the Blu-ray from us in September!
Perhaps a hint of a future announcement?
