I was thinking about picking up Man's Best Friend on DVD recently, luckily I didn't.

Man’s Best Friend was long expected, but I’m pleased it’s finally revealed. Only a matter of time before we hear about Alone In The Dark 1982.

As for a potential Fox deal, just bring on Death Sentence. The only James Wan film to not have a BD release.

I’m hoping The Fly II is one of the releases in this new licensing deal though.

I'm surprised you guys wishing for the Fly 2 don't have the one from australia or the set that has all the Fly films. It's region free and looks nice and it has all the extras from the DVDs.

Dr Renault's Secret

The Alligator People

Hand of Death
Witchcraft
(if they can resolve the issues which nixed the Kino release)
Curse of the Fly
Devils of Darkness
The Nanny

Hex (if it's still with Fox)
The Norliss Tapes
The House on Skull Mountain

Savage Harvest
(they tried before, doubt the music can be cleared)
The Vindicator
The Fly 2

Frankenstein Unbound
The Haunted
Omen IV: The Awakening
Ghost in the Machine
Strange Days
(more a Shout Select title)
Quicksilver Highway

Club Dread
Incident at Loch Ness
Turistas
Joshua
Ghost in the Machine would be welcome. Strange Days has that awesome German release, but I'd welcome a new transfer.

The Omen
Big Trouble in Little China
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Freaked
(if the rights have reverted to Fox)
Didn't the Omen get a 4K restoration that hasn't had a blu release yet? Maybe it'll finally come! And I'd love a stacked Buffy release with deleted scenes (Seth Green!).

Also, isn't there a version of Big Trouble that has better PQ that hasn't been released in the US or the UK yet? That's why I've been holding off on that one.

As for Freaked, I never picked up the Blu cause I still have that awesome DVD release. It's seems to be OOP so I can easily see it getting a new release, if possible.

There was a new disc released in France of a "new" remaster but it looks terrible compared to the Fox/Arrow Blu.

Big Trouble in Little China! Shout going after all the Carpenter titles. Very possible now that they could have all his films on their line now.

The Omen
Damien: The Omen II
Omen III: The Final Conflict
The Entity
(if the rights have reverted to Fox)
Big Trouble in Little China
The Fly
(1986)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Freaked
(if the rights have reverted to Fox)
The X-Files: Fight the Future
From Hell
Joy Ride
28 Days Later
Wrong Turn
The Descent
The Hills Have Eyes
(2006)
The Omen (2006)
28 Weeks Later
Mr Brooks
The X-Files: I Want to Believe
You need to remember the go to for SF! John Carpenter, Wes Craven, David Cronenberg, Brian De Palma & Tom Holland etc. also genre classics!!
So I could see these in the near future:
The Omen (1976)
Damien: The Omen II (1978)
Omen III: The Final Conflict (1981)
Omen IV: The Awakening (1991)
The Omen (2006)
Big Trouble in Little China (1986)
The Fly (1958)
Return of the Fly (1959)
Curse of the Fly (1965)
The Fly (1986)
The Fly II (1989)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992)
The Fury (1978)
The Hills Have Eyes (2006)
The Hills Have Eyes II (2007)

SF will never get their hands on Alien collection, Predator collection or X-Files!!

Even if they did get Christine, it'd be pointless with the 4K release out.

A Sony UHD or a Shout encode? Decisions, decisions.

I agree with that. We all know they triple or quad dip if it means releasing more Carpenter probably. They'll give it sometime before they re release it I bet.

I got tired of waiting for The Fly II so I grabbed the region free Australian release a while ago. The only way I'd grab a SF release of it happens is if they add some great new special features.

I thought about picking it up before, but was thinking there would be a US release out by now.

I realized, out of the clear blue today, that Sleepwalkers had not arrived yet. I checked the shipping notification from November 1, looked up the tracking number, and saw that it was still in pre-shipment waiting for a label. I sent an email to Shout Factory to inquire.

Someone asked about Lust for a Vampire and Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires, to which Scream responded:

Someone also mentioned them releasing a Hammer film a month, to which they responded:

Given the deals with Hammer and Warner, and possibly now SC, this is to be expected. Indeed, with these combined, it's not unthinkable that they could have somewhere between 20-25 more Hammer films in the pipeline.

Hmm... I don't want to support their current behavior, but that's going to be hard to resist.
