Waited to post this until I for sure sourced my last few titles I could find because I didn't want to jinx myself. I got lucky and only really paid inflated prices for Scarecrows and Sleepaway Camp III. Otherwise, everything else was within the range of $12-$25 before tax and shipping (albeit most titles had free shipping, thankfully). Majority of what's listed has either been received or shipped. Here's what I managed to find/pick up.

Found on eBay --
- Disturbing Behavior
- Howling II
- Sleepaway Camp II
- Sleepaway Camp III
- Scarecrows
- Troll / Troll 2
- Leviathan
- I, Madman
- Invaders from Mars
- Destroyer / Edge of Insanity
- Ghost Town

Found on Best Buy --
- The Garbage Pail Kids Movie
- Without Warning
- Invaders from Mars [this was a duplicate so will be returned because I'm broke broke from all of this loool]

Found on Walmart --
- Hackers

Found on Diabolik --
- Dead of Winter
- Blacula / Scream, Blacula, Scream
- Swamp Thing

Found on various resale websites/marketplaces --
- The Incredible Melting Man
- Ghoulies/Ghoulies II
- The Amityville Trilogy

Found in my second home state and had a family friend pick them up after I transferred them and put them on hold (and thankfully transferred/put on hold before Zia jacked the prices) --
- Stigmata
- Food of the Gods / Frogs
- Empire of the Ants / Jaws of Satan
- Tentacles / Reptilicus

I already had Carrie (2002) / The Rage: Carrie 2 from when I bought the Pride edition of The Babadook direct from Shout a little while ago. I have New Year's Evil and Vampire's Kiss/High Spirits on order from Best Buy but I'm not super hopeful that they'll be fulfilled. The only titles I'm missing -- that I actually want -- are the two titles I listed that are on order from Best Buy along with The Sure Thing (I actually saw this in stock at Grindhouse but stupidly waited too long and missed out), The Pope Of Greenwich Village / Desperate Hours (also saw in stock elsewhere for a decent price and missed out, sigh), and Breathless. I've debated the Vincent Price Collection II a few times as well but knowing the first collection for Vincent Price is so expensive / hard to come by has made me hesitate and refrain from buying for the time being.

So yeah. Overall, I'm gonna be broke and holding back from buying a ton until Black Friday rolls around now lol. This coupled with the Shout Shocktober sale, the Kino sale, and the Criterion sale? I'm tapped for a good while.

Prophecy and now Silver Bullet have had their specs announced and neither announcement indicates the source or date of the transfers - definitely something to be concerned about. My fear is Paramount is just recycling old DVD masters - we're talking scans from 15+ years ago made before HD was a thing. In the early days of DVD it wasn't uncommon to see studios utilize older Laserdisc transfers so the thought that some of these Paramount pickups probably haven't had fresh scans since those days is mindboggling. Maybe I'm worried over nothing but until we see these BDs come out we won't know for sure.

Silver Bullet has an (ancient) HD master.

Hopefully Shout’s Silver Bullet doesn’t contain the odd “windowblinds” effect some folks (including myself) saw on the Australian Umbrella release.

EDIT: Actually, you can clearly see it in the previously posted screenshot.

PROPHECY just popped up on Vudu HDX in the last few months for the first time and looks terrific (it was previously standard-def only). No reason to worry about that one.

Shocktober order shipped super fast and already received yesterday (and I ordered that somewhere between 10/15 to 10/17 as well), minus Howling II. I don't know if they oversold the OOP title stock they had left or what. I guess we'll see if they get shipped or cancelled.
Howling 2 they are waiting for stock. It was backordered but when I emailed shout they said I would get it but it may be 2 weeks. I ordered on the 15th.

This is the main thing I am concerned about because that made the Umbrella release unwatchable for me. As long as the Shout's doesn't have this I'm good. That current HD transfer is pretty solid otherwise.

Many of the existing Paramount transfers used for Digital HD releases are quite good regardless. It may not be ideal, but I'm not worried about any of Paramount's releases at this point. Just give me the chance to get the films on disc.

I just placed an order for Without Warning (1980) on eBay. With tax and shipping I paid just over $26. More than I was hoping, but not terrible. It's out of stock at bullmoose and diabolik and amazon lists it as "shipping in 1-3 weeks". It's still available from Scream Factory, but with others having problems with their stuff shipping from them, I decided eBay was the better option.

Of the other out of print titles, I already have Amityville, Disturbing Behavior, New Year's Evil, Sleepaway Camp 2: Unhappy Campers, and Sleepaway Camp 3: Teenage Wasteland.

The only other one I might get is the double feature of Carrie (2002) (TV) and The Rage: Carrie 2 (1999).

I’ve received 30 emails this morning...30...from Shout Factory asking me to review my purchases of The Blob and The Devil Rides Out, both of which I received yesterday.

I won’t have time to check these purchases out if I’m spending all of my time deleting emails. Back off, y’all.

I thought the 9 I received was irritating. Holy crap. I don't know what's going on, but if they don't stop pestering me, I'm going to leave a review they won't like...

I placed an order for The Amityville trilogy on amazon since it appears to still be available on there and it says it'll ship within 1-4 weeks. Hopefully everything is good with it.

Head's up, Invaders from Mars is OOP now, so you might be able to flip it for a profit.

lol, I've been receiving a ton today as well, like three three every hour.

I originally came to this thread to ask if anyone who ordered The Omen Collection through Amazon actually got nice packaging with it?

Also be aware of ordering multiples of a single title. Three times this past summer I ordered 2 or more copies of a title but Shout shipped just one. Order pickers apparently don't notice the 2 or 3 next to the title. They just see the title and pick just one.

Is SF's Amityville trilogy the same as the region free Aussie trilogy especially in the PQ and AQ department and are there any replacement programs for the SF trilogy at all for anything?

They must have seen your reviews here on site and are now wanting the same care and attention included in their own site.

My set arrived flawless though in the usual padded packaging. More interesting however was that I received my order of The Thing from them yesterday and it shipped in a box. This is the first movie I can ever remember receiving in a box from Amazon.
