Me too. I figure I'll get through Six Gothic Tales first and see how I feel about it. If I really don't like it I will keep this VP3 set sealed and sell it to someone who wants it and missed out.

I have the...Australian? NIGHT FLIER DVD and, I'm glad to have it but the PQ is just awful. Would love a blu with either a new scan, or the best cleanup possible to the existing one.

And also, yeah. Rubinstein comes up in a positive light in several points in the new TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE features and... Sure. I guess I'd be thankful if he got me a job on the movie. But as A FAN of horror flics? I just kept rolling my eyes.

I've never heard of Imprint Television before. Is this a US release? I don't see any ratings logos on the cover.

Ah, okay. I wonder if it will be region free. Binged the show on Shudder last year and really enjoyed it, and this set looks great.

MGM seems pretty cool for giving a lot of their films out to other companies like Scream Factory.

I know it's not well regarded at all, but I would like to have The Birds II: Land's End (1994) on Blu-ray.

Is that the one where the birds attack the store selling quality, durable clothing because the scarves they ordered weren't as pictured in their catalog?

(Yeah, I apologize BluPat, it's 2:15 am so I'm just letting it "fly")

I ordered three older titles from Shout's website about two weeks ago. They shipped one of them out by itself and it was delivered yesterday, but there hasn't been any updates on the other two. Is that normal for them? It seems weird to me.

Yes, they ship as they have stock. You apparently ordered some out of stock items and so they'll be shipping each film as it comes in.

i had something similar happen and got an additional shipping update today. can only speculate that maybe they are waiting to get it before shipping it out. but don’t have any hard confirmation.

could be that the website isn’t being updated for in stock, or they had a recent flood of orders and some titles are just more accessible.

Random question... Would anyone happen to know who owns the rights to "The Stepford Wives" (1975)? I just bought an HD digital copy on Amazon. Haven't checked it out yet to see how it looks and sounds. On the Amazon page it lists the studio as Binc? Anyway, I was just thinking how great a SF release would be.

Shout's website does not tell you when an item you order is in or out of stock. You place the order and they ship what's in stock. Anything out of stock is shipped out whenever they re-stock it.
