I didn’t notice anything at all like that on the Shout disc. I thought the presentation was excellent. Does the SC use the same restoration for both cuts? The SF disc just includes the older master for the theatrical cut, so it might be a branching issue on the UK disc.

I don't have either of them, but according to caps-a-holic.com, the UK Studio Canal disc also used the older master for the theatrical cut, so I guess it's not a branching issue.

Huh, weird. I will say that it haven’t watched the disc since September or October, but I think I would’ve noticed that.

How the hell hasn't Death Machine been released yet? It seems like a Scream Factory title that desperately needs a release. (Or even MVD or Code Red)

I have three other packages, one of from Diabolik, one from Ebay, and one from Bullmoose that have said the same thing for almost two weeks at this point. What's weird is that I got two packages from the East Coast after I ordered these. I'm wondering what happened.

Watched Sputnik last night and thought it was pretty good. A bit of a different take on alien film. I don't buy a lot of the modern releases by Scream, but I thought this one hit the mark.

On another note. Just finished up the Terror Within & Terror Within II double feature. Enjoyed revisiting them. I actually like the sequel better.

Quality and quantity of the practical gore effects....acting is better overall. Both movies are pretty similar plot wise, but the sequel's first 1/2 takes place on the surface before going underground full time, a few subplots sprinkled in and a bigger cast made the movie (to me) feel 'bigger' than the first.
