Nothing is obscured. You get side boob and full moon shots.

Can someone change the master list to include the new 3 row art, having the Amityville Trilogy, Dark Angel, and Hospital Massacre/schizoid.

They also announced that Dark Angel was enough of a horror movie to be included in the Scream Line.

What did say would be released in August ?
And *the really big ones* announcement, here we go again, lets speculate. Of course really big ones could be Adrienne Barbeaus chestular region with a Swamp Thing release..(joking)

He also said the Amityville boxset would be out "sometime before Halloween".

They said that it can fit into the line. I am fine with it, it is an interesting film.

But they are not just throwing random titles into the Scream brand, it is kinda quasi-horror. They did not put Rolling Thunder in, so they put Dark Angel in it for a reason imo. They explain their rationale in the podcast.

and I am stoked for the Hospital Massacre / Schizoid Blu-Ray!!

I hope the can get out The Vagrant / The Godsend as a BD as well...

Well, say Return of Godzilla is part of the Scream Factory lineup, that I can understand but Dark Angel seems to be more of a straight up action/sci-fi film. Are you sure there are Horror elements?

I eagerly await more news on Swamp Thing. That’s brilliantly directed trash from Wes Craven. Oh and Adrienne Barbeau’s boobs can knock someone unconscious in that movie.

I think it fits just as much as They Live or Ninja III.

Its a fun movie.

That would be the best way to handle the two obscure films being on blu.
makes sense to me.

I would have rather had them individually, but its exciting to know they will be on blu anyway, even if they are together! I would not mind them doing this with a few other titles that would not necessarily make the cut.

kk, I might be inferring that you would rather have the Int. cut, and if so I agree. Its totally better.

Oh happy to hear about Hospital Massacre getting a blu-ray release (double feature no less.) I've never seen it but with a title like that I know I want to.

From the hints in the podcast, which were just subtle enough for me to attempt to figure out I think it is possible that:

- The Incredible Melting Man will almost certainly include MST3K version
- They are currently in a deal that once signed will most likely include Prince of Darkness
- The Fog[/B] will possible have a Jamie Lee feature ( as he said there was one of the bonus features that would blow the fans away, and Jamie Lee's participation in some extras may be that thing because they have been craving it on the Terror Train and Halloween 2 disc, but she said no)
- There will be multiple announcements next month
- There may be a return of Friday announcements when they get a "big" deal signed in the next few weeks that includes a large lot of films.
- Dark Angel will have a reversible sleeve with the 'I COME IN PEACE' art. but will not be a Collector's Edition.
- Amityville Trilogy will be BEFORE Halloween
- Swamp Thing will be in August
- Schizoid / Hospital Massacre Double Feature DVD + BD COMBO
- And they are still trying to work something out with Echo Bridge to get Curtains and maybe more, but they are not budging. It is listed as one of his most wanted titles.
- There is a lot of upcoming titles in the Winter and Fall that have not been announced, and we should start seeing them soon

So there is a ton to look forward to!! I thought I would give you bullet points in case you did not have time to listen to the whole 90 minute podcast.

Leaked in some circles awhile ago, we can now officially report that 1990's DARK ANGEL (aka: I COME IN PEACE) with Dolph Lundgren and an alien addicted to human endorphins (we kid you not) is joining the Scream Factory family for sometime in August on Blu-ray.

Exact street date and extras to be announced starting in May.
