Nah, that would be if part 5 was outselling the rest.

this actually isn't surprising so far--- the covers are getting a lot of hate-- but this artwork on Halloween III is surprisingly not offensive.

For those that criticize collector's balking about covers they don't like I say this--

these movies are released over and over and over again--- at this point it's reasonable for someone to have issues with cover art they don't like... especially when deciding whether they want to go back to the well again...

Plus we all know that SCREAM will milk these titles again-- probably with steelbooks that feature THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK!!!

I can't recall if Cundey claimed both the blue-timing on the original AB or his later controversial no-color white-timing was his true or original vision, but I have heard through the grapevine that this new 4K edition is finally his always-intended "climate-change edition" and will be much more of a warm, reddish fall evening throughout. Shadows, moonlight, and reflections on doors will now all lean red. He always meant it this way!!!

III is objectively the second best, and the first already has a UHD of course. Who can forget the famous dead dwarf gag?

Waiting for just the standard of Halloween as well, and by that time, like another poster stated, they'll likely be releasing the steelbook versions featuring the OG poster art.

The first three Halloween movies are the only ones that matter.

...and yet, I'm planning to order all five of these new 4K UHD releases. Go figure.

I'm just in for the individual releases, and I'm planning to order them from Shout Factory on payday (the 15th).

Did you really hear that through the grapevine or is that all sarcasm? (Either way is fine.) I actually really like the warmth of the 2007 BD and I like being able to see what’s going on in the darker scenes!

No kids here. I cannot afford actual children because of my Blu-ray collection.

I get paid on the 15th of each month and on the last day of each month. (government job)

Pay day here as well! I'll be ordering one from Diabolik each payday for the next 5 weeks. Unless between now and then Bull Moose has a lower price!

I also have to think about my 4 upcoming Arrow releases' costs. Fortunately for now I'm only in for these 9 and 2 Vinegar Syndrome releases for the rest of my year (as far as I know)!

The only thing that excited me about this announcement is the realization that Fall/cooler weather is coming soon.

$150 or so for the first 5...I think I will wait for the inevitable box set. My collectors set will tide me over fine till that day comes..

I wish the daytime scenes weren't gray and drab, that's for sure.

If one has the extra cash, the $300 bundle is a good investment, considering the second hand market for posters, slips, and I'd imagine the vinyls and pins. Could probably cover the price twice over if they're sold after a few years
