Halloween:
-Audio Commentary with John Carpenter, Debra Hill, and Jamie Lee Curtis (maybe for the Original Color Timing Presentation, plus the original Mono mix)
-On Location: 25 Years Later
-Horror’s Hallowed Grounds: Halloween (from the Complete Collection Deluxe Edition)

Halloween II:
-The rare original teaser (from the Terror in The Aisles Blu-ray):

While I agree that my 15-disc set is perfectly serviceable probably as my definitive release, I gave in and pre-ordered all five of them. If I change my mind, I can always cancel. And, if the 4K boxset comes to pass, then I guess I'll just try to unload them to the die-hard Scream Factory completionists of the future once the rumors get serious.

Yes, it's being included, but on the 4K and first Blu-ray disc. The second one doesn't have it. Is it a big deal? Not really, but you got to look out for those who want to watch the original color timing with the original Mono track. :/

Pre-ordered all 5. I'm most curious to see the new transfers of H4 and H5 the most. They were in desperate need of new scans.

Speaking of HALLOWEEN films needing new scans...did anyone on social media happen to ask Shout about HALLOWEEN 6-10 potentially getting 4K UHD releases?

What does the Original Color Timing Presentation mean? How is it different from the new 4K scan of the negative? Shouldn't the new 4K scan be the original color timing? I know the old bluray & the 2013 blu restoration had different color grades, I wonder how they will all compare?

Their announcement on Facebook had plenty of comments with people asking them, but Shout hasn't responded.

But alongside Paramount having 49% ownership of Miramax now, they actually supposedly own the distribution rights to the Dimension library (compared to the 2014 set when Lionsgate just licensed out the films and Scream went directly to Miramax). They aren't licensing out titles anymore, unfortunately.

I strongly suspect the original color timing refers to the original blu ray, from 2007 (Starz/Anchor Bay). Which itself does contain the original 1978 mono (albeit lossy—not that I ever noticed a loss in quality, as I never heard the Laserdisc, which is said to have superior audio). Unless they’re really claiming that Cundey’s 2013 transfer was the “original color timing.” (Was the 2013 transfer ever marketed as such?)

I know they located the film reels of the alternate opening with Dr. Death. I'm not sure if they ever found the reels of the SWAT team massacre. Perhaps the footage was unusable and that's why it wasn't included?

I don't need the posters, vinyls, or pins so i'll probably just order all 5 from Diabolik, much cheaper at $28.99 each.
