Presumably Cool World will be part of that lineup too, though it's not up for pre-order there.

Pretty surprised Shout are doing a CE of Nightmare. Presumably, Captain Clegg will follow, and the probable inclusion of new 2K scans will mean Indicator's Hammer Vol 6 set is not quite as definitive as it initially seemed. Perhaps they should have discussed the prospect of new scans with Scream at the time, shared the costs.

Yeah, I don't know what to do about that Hammer set. It's the only one I did not get because of the Scream discs I had--I'm still thinking I'll grab it and get Paranoiac and call it a day, though (like, not get this Nightmare disc and the eventual Captain Clegg).

Same... I only just recently learned about this film but when I saw Alligator was being released it got me wondering if this wouldn't be too far behind. Really interested in picking this up to check it out.

The Core. Cool. Paramount was set to release a BD a few years ago but it kept getting postponed. I was going to import an overseas edition but ultimately decided against it (glad I did).

What's the connection between the two? I'm guessing producer?

Either way, never seen this one, but I love fantasy, so I'm all in.

Announcements in the middle of the month? Either Shout jumped the gun because of Target or they're taking some time off for the holidays.

Either way it's probably going to be six weeks before the next batch of announcements.

I hate how thin the March line-up looks yet there's still five titles I want, lol.

So a pretty light month for Scream Factory then (just two titles). I imagine April will be busier. We've seen a similar pattern this year, with a strong month often followed by one with just a couple of titles. Makes sense to ensure they don't overburden themselves.

I'm just glad we are getting monthly titles at this point. We didn't get titles from November-April last year, so at least there is that.

Also, we haven't seen a WB title since December right? I wonder if their second WB deal is already over. Seems we are getting a lot of Paramount titles, which is also great, but hope for more WB films soon.

I see that Shout is releasing A Writer's Odyssey. Glad Well Go didn't get it after their recent Phantasm screw up. Looking forward to seeing this one.

Last night Cliff was posting in the NOES thread. I asked if we can expect more WB titles in 2022, and he responded 'maybe...', so I'd say things are looking very good on that front.

Just went over there. There are still a ton of WB films that need releases and WAC can only release so many.

I really want Telefon and St. Ives at this point. (Red Sun too) As well as guilty pleasure Suburban Commando. I'm not about the Bronson films, as WAC might want to release those themselves, but I could see Shout releasing Commando.

Would also mention Pat Garrett, but that sounds like it's with Criterion.

Also, glad the Paramount titles keep coming. Paramount still has a TON of titles that need to be released and glad Shout can work with them. Now, hopefully we get A Simple Plan and Black Sunday soon. Those are long overdue for US releases. (among many)
