Oh no, what was wrong with those? I know "They Live" only includes one version of the film in UHD. Is that the problem there?

I know nothing about the "Prince of Darkness" problem.

They screwed up the color settings on both releases.

I sold a lot of mine already. The ones I knew were coming soon, or I believe they will be. The 4K releases come with the blu, so if the UHD has a problem and they don't fix it, you still have a blu and it's usually from a newer transfer.. There's really no reason not to. As for Sleepaway, I unloaded mine, as I had the slips for all of them. I think the first one will get a 4K, which I will buy, if not, it's still in print and can be had for like $10. The other 2 are good, but nothing like the first. Someone will put those out eventually, they have been OOP for a while and still fetching good money. Cash in while you can...

Things are slowly returning to normal. I went to see Jurassic Park Dominion on Friday and my showing was completely sold out - even the front row was full. The theater lobby area was also packed with people. It was a great feeling.

Due to the rhythm of Shout's announcements these days, this year should be particularly interesting since they surely won't have revealed the October slate in advance, so there could be some huge reveals in there. I just hope there's a good amount of new-to-Blu-ray stuff mixed in.

Same here mate. Only upgrades I would really like to see is Sleepaway Camp 4K. Fingers crossed for some new to disc titles.

UPDATE: Upon stating that I was hoping this was for a Scream Factory 4K release, Farrands responded with the following:
"you might be in for a Halloween surprise"

I think it's safe to say we'll be seeing the remaining Halloween's this fall on UHD!

While this isn't a confirmation, I'd say this bodes well for a potential new 4K edition of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers...

I find a good supply of them at my local FYE. My local store has dozens and dozens of Scream Factory titles. I always grab the ones that I didn't preorder there...

I still think we will end up getting the remaining Chucky sequels sooner than later.

Most likely they’ll do a giant Chucky box set with all seven movies, the remake, and the TV show, to guarantee some double dips. Then everything from Bride onwards will get stand-alones a year or two later.

Edit: Per IMDb, Curse has a 2K DI and was shot at 2K, Cult was shot digitally and has a DI (presumably 2K but it doesn’t say so), the new Child’s Play was shot at 3.4K and has a DI (presumably 2K), and the show has no details listed but is presumably 2K. So if a giant Chucky set comes out from Shout half of it will be an upscale.

Will be interesting to see what’s revealed at Comic Con. Probably mostly 4K upgrades, but hoping for A Simple Plan. I doubt they will get these, but would be nice to get the Rob Zombie Halloween films.
