Oh I see. I took classic meaning the return of their classic line up, but based on the video you seem correct. I just sent them an e-mail asking if they will have a panel where they reveal titles, so lets see what they say.

Just some kind of public statement either way doesn't seem much to ask for. They must know what people are expecting/hoping for.

So since the preorder and artwork are up for Curse of Michael Myers 4k can we make the assumption that October releases are the ones being announced on the 22nd? Usually preorders get leaked two days early not an entire week. Although I'm always excited for new release news, I wish there was a way for them to get ahead of the leaks maybe by making their website the first to put up preorders. Is there a reason for why that's not possible due to some type of distribution contract or regulation?

Not speaking of the Amazon listing.. in October releases on this forum? I guess I've never seen where a user could post false info/artwork on the release calendar for this website. I'm very surprised there hasn't been more of those.

There's a ton of fake and placeholder listings in the database. Admins/mods can't always verify information, so they approve a lot of stuff that aren't real.. The one you're referring to is using fake artwork made by a loser on social media called TheDiscFather who posts fake news all the time. This is not to say that SF won't announce the title for October, that listing simply isn't any indication of it.

My apologies guys. I was looking at an old thread after MiFuneFan mentioned the listing was a fake. The old thread which was updated a couple days ago. Thank you all for clarifying on this specific release. The artwork on this database was very convincing. Carry on as you will; will just wait for SDCC announcements.

That's some pretty awesome artwork for Halloween 6 for it to be fake. Someone went through the trouble of creating that, for what, posterity? Not saying a Halloween 6 rerelease isn't happening, just that the art is too nice - and legit-looking

Think it was art for a T-Shirt collection. Cavity Colors or one of those places.

I’m itching to pick up Creepshow. What are the chances we will get it on 4K from Scream in the next year? I’m not even sure when they put out their Blu ray.

I'd say odds are high since this year is the 40th anniversary. If not Scream, maybe Warners puts out the 4K themselves. At least I hope someone puts it out. I'm in the same boat as you, I've held off hoping for a 4K release. While they're at it, give us Day of the Dead on 4K too please

Another thought about possible announcements next week - might Scream tie it into a wider celebration of the 10th anniversary of the brand? They've been surprisingly quiet about this so far, but with the big milestone looming (September will officially mark 10 years since their first releases), you'd think they'd want to commemorate it in a few ways.

10 years, wow. I can still remember when they launched with the Halloween II & III special editions. I wonder what they’ll be releasing 10 years from now...

I remember browsing the movie section at target when these two were released. At the time i never heard of Shout/Scream Factory and hadn't upgraded to Blu-ray yet, i was still purchasing DVD's. I saw the DVD editions for H2 and H3 and grabbed them both, i remember they had two copies of each. Both are still in my collection to this day.
