We should be getting October titles probably next week? I really hope we also get some new to Blu-ray/HD titles as well.

Halloween 6, H20 and Resurrection 4K UHDs look like dead certs for October. Question is, will we get anything beyond those three? Probably not much room for anything new to Blu-ray I'm guessing.

I'd have hoped we'd have heard SOMETHING by now.

I hope it's more than that. Last year we got FIVE Halloween films and Alone in the Dark in a single month, so I'm hoping we get a decent amount of titles for October. I'm hoping for A Simple Plan.

Well the October line-up won't be officially revealed until next week I imagine (unless something leaks before then), so I wouldn't read too much into the lack of confirmation.

If they do release those other Halloweens, I hope they use the same rigid slipboxes they did for 1-5. Those are really nice and 8 of them lined up will look dope as ****.

It would be a dream (Pun intended) come true if Nightmare on Elm Street films get a release from SF.

Just a matter of time, Don. Too big of a series and too much of a money maker to be ignored for too long.

I think, other than a small handful of major classics like Gone With the Wind, The Wizard of Oz, etc., there's practically nothing that can be considered "off the table" these days so it's just a matter of time before Warner lets go of Freddy Krueger.

Something Corman related like The Unborn II would be perfect. It'd be new to Blu Ray, would likely be a standard release, is perfect for the line and is just weird in a really fun way. It also likely wouldn't require much effort considering what all went into the Halloween releases.

I've only bought 1-3 so far. If they release 6 i'll buy 4-6 but i just can't bring myself to buy H20 and Resurrection individually. Only reason i own those two films is because they're in the 15-disc box set.

I don't think the sequel was part of their acquisition, though. In fact, I think it's one of the Pacific Trust titles that is part his heirs' inheritance, so I definitely wouldn't hold my breath on it.

Damn. I was genuinely hoping to see that one upgraded to blu ray eventually too.

Has the Pacific Trust licensed any titles? Can they?

I'd buy every one of those!

Comic-CON indeed. What an overhyped BOREgasm, at least in regards to Scream Factory title announcements. In five days Halloween will be three months away. Usually, title announcements are made two to three months prior to release date, so they really don't have much time left to go silent.

I’d certainly pick up The Unholy 2 if SF ever released it.

Not to my knowledge. I suspect the only way they could be licensed is if Roger's heirs were to co-sign the agreement. His sons certainly have no qualms about suing him.

If we don't get a Blu of Suburban Commando out of this WB/Scream Factory deal, then it was all for nothing.
