Ordered Slasher Season 1 because it was dirt cheap on Amazon. Is the show any good? If I like it, I’ll probably import the German releases for Seasons 2-3.

I enjoyed the whole series so far. Season 2 is probably the best season overall but I felt that Season 1’s plot held together better. Seasons 3-4 are gonzo over the top with gore (in a fairly fun way for Season 4 and a fairly dark way for Season 3… like Reanimator vs Saw).

You bought the movie you wanted, nothing to feel cheated about IMO. If the demand was underestimated on certain titles then they should absolutely reprint as many as needed so that everyone that wants one can buy it.

If a film is sold as limited I am more likely to purchase it right away at full retail rather than wait for a discount/sale. I will also pre-order rather than wait for quality reviews. If I believe the title will be available a year down the road I can wait for both of those reasons.

If this is the model they wish to follow then they should simply list the title without the limited designation. If limited has no meaning then none of the companies would release them as such.

Season 2 and 4 are the good seasons.

Season 2 is on NetFlix and season 4 is both on Shudder and blu-ray here in the US.

I have only seen Season 1. I liked it. Seasons 1-3 are on Netflix.
