I really wish Scream would offer their commissioned artwork on the reverse for these 4ks. The Blu rays were reversible and had both, I don't understand why they don't do the same for the 4k discs. I vastly prefer the commissioned artwork they did for Carrie and Black Christmas. These theatrical posters just aren't that great,

There are several StudioCanal Hammers that they themselves haven't released on blu-ray in the UK. It's possible SF could make a deal with them if their previous one expired. But the last time around StudioCanal released a string of Hammer blu-rays between 2012 and 2019. After that, Scream Factory began releasing most of them US.

I would expect the same situation for the remaining StudioCanal films, but this time around, they don't seem to be in any hurry. And SF has already released all of the Hammer Universal titles.

So not sure what's left. A big speculation is what might be the first Hammer 4K UHD release and who's going to do it. All I know about that is The Revenge of Frankenstein is the only Hammer film to have a 4K scan. And Indicator in the UK has the only license to it.

So we shall see what happens.

Oh man, 4K upgrades? I haven't even opened many of the Blu-rays, shamed to say

Not interested in 4K so disappointed there is no new to blu ray titles , hopefully next year we can get Enemy Territory & Hunters blood & The Pack

I'll get Black Christmas because it's a film I watch every year and the blu-ray has an updated transfer.

I actually think the pins are cool, but not 60 dollars cool. . .

Has anyone had any luck getting a Candyman 4k disc that ISN’T scratched like hell? I’ve gotten a few replacements from Amazon and they’re all the same. I emailed Shout but haven’t heard back from them.

Carrie on 4K was just a matter of time, as was Black Christmas. I was hoping WarGames would get upgraded as that 80's classic really needed a reappraisal but I wasn't really expecting it this soon. Happy to get rid of the MGM BD with that Godawful cover art

I need some new titles. Black Xmas, Red Eye, A Simple Plan. There's still plenty they can offer.

I agree I like most of the shout art and wish it was on the 4k's reverse but I love the decision to issue their 4k's with the original poster art and the OCD nerd in me is crushed whenever something like Alligator or Halloween occurs without the OG art.

I'm glad the 1974 original is getting a 4K UltraHD. It deserves one, but I'd love a 4K UltraHD (or even a 2K) of the 2006 edition too. Hopefully, it will happen.

As others have said, I'd love 4Ks of Psycho II, III, and IV: The Beginning, The Burning, Sleepaway Camp 2: Unhappy Campers, Sleepaway Camp 3: Teenage Wasteland, Silent Night Deadly Night 1 and 2.

Have got Second Sight's Blu-ray set of the original When a Stranger Calls, which includes the sequel (but apparently Shout's release of the sequel has the better transfer, which is why I've been considering double-dipping and getting it).

Black Xmas is @ Lionsgate, and they aint going to do anything with it, maybe re-release a DVD of it.
