If only they had gone with the chipboard. How do they expect cheap packaging like that to survive the postal monkeys?

Oh well. Thanks for the link, but I guess since I didn't pay the extra $1, I'm screwed. Interesting way to isolate your customers. It's not Shouts fault the postal service broke the case, but it would have been nice to have it shipped in a better container. This seems to be the future for the most part with these companies though, so I'll have to get used to it. Props to the companies like Mondo Macabro, VS, Synapse and a few others which actually still use the proper packaging.

All of the copies I've seen at two of my local stores had the slip if that helps

Very happy. I got my first order yesterday and everything was packed well in a big box with a lot of those big air bubble plastic things. The Halloween 1-5 4ks had the slips that matched the last 3 movies I got earlier. Everything was in there. Now the dilemma of what to watch. I am leaning towards the Halloween series. Or maybe The Fly movies. Or maybe the one off movies like Dracula, Night of the Comet, Body Bags, etc. Oh what to do. Life is so hard.

My local Best Buy doesn’t have any of these sale titles out on the floor despite the website showing them in stock. Don’t know how they expect to sell any…

Anyway, I would check the website to see if your store has them in stock and do the order-for-pick-up option. My Best Buy is about as bad as Home Depot when it comes to finding someone to help you…

Seeing multiple SF UHD releases dropping to less than $20 is making me a bit hesitant on buying them on release day and paying $30 or more. But if I wait too long for a potential price drop they might go OOP. What are your thoughts on this?

I can't wait for sales. I'd be too backlogged. I like staying up on releases and just buy them as they come out, especially to avoid (like you said) something going OOP or missing out on a limited bonus item or something like that. Sales are good for catching up on titles I hadn't seen before but since have and decided I'd like to own.

Lot's of price drops on Scream titles on Amazon right now. Not quite as good as the Shocktober sale prices but maybe another shot if anyone missed some titles. I'm guessing Amazon is pm'ing somewhere else.
