Why do I have to select a genre to then sort by format. Why when I sort Movies>Horror>4K>Sory By Newest it shows Prince of Darkness 4K as the newest followed by Piranha. Lots of work to still do, but if they paid someone to do this, they should ask for a refund. When coming off a website design as dated and archiac as they've been using for many years, you'd hope it'd at least be functional. |

Make sure you check your account for correct address information. My account had reverted back to an older address which I hadn't used for several years as my default shipping option. It was easy enough to change it back to my current address and then remove the now defunct address, but had I not checked it could have potentially caused issues during a future purchase.

Ugh! I don't like the new Shout Factory website! I really liked it the way it was. It was perfect. Also it looks like they removed the comments section on each product page and the feature I miss the most: they don't show what is Not Available anymore! That feature was useful to me because I can see what has gone out of print so that I can try to track it down elsewhere before prices start to get jacked up. And it's just a useful reference tool. Oh well, all good things must come to an end, I guess.

No, but it was posted earlier that Shout says all order histories are intact and they working on incorporating them back into the new site.
