I agree. I've just seen it for the first time, and I don't like it at all. They don't even list upcoming releases in order by date, anymore. You have to click each title to see its release date, plus they are all randomly listed, not in order.

Furthermore, they don't have my extensive order history recorded on there, anymore. It's blank and says, 'No Orders Yet'.

Yeah, I've always strongly disliked their site, and the new one is just as bad. Looks VERY amature, and doesn't even function properly.

Why do I have to select a genre to then sort by format.
Why when I sort Movies>Horror>4K>Sory By Newest it shows Prince of Darkness 4K as the newest followed by Piranha.

Lots of work to still do, but if they paid someone to do this, they should ask for a refund.

When coming off a website design as dated and archiac as they've been using for many years, you'd hope it'd at least be functional.

Probably not, unless they did it internally and the employee spent a lot of time on it.

It's just a Shopify storefront.

EDIT: Wow, all existing order information isn't available on the new site. And is the only way to log into the site is to have the site send you a new 6 digit code each time.

Make sure you check your account for correct address information. My account had reverted back to an older address which I hadn't used for several years as my default shipping option. It was easy enough to change it back to my current address and then remove the now defunct address, but had I not checked it could have potentially caused issues during a future purchase.

I'm not sure either, but it could be a stupid Shopify setup. I noticed Vinegar Syndrome's updated Shopify site doesn't allow you to change your password from your profile either. The only way to change the password is to click on the forgot password link before logging in.

Ugh! I don't like the new Shout Factory website! I really liked it the way it was. It was perfect. Also it looks like they removed the comments section on each product page and the feature I miss the most: they don't show what is Not Available anymore! That feature was useful to me because I can see what has gone out of print so that I can try to track it down elsewhere before prices start to get jacked up. And it's just a useful reference tool. Oh well, all good things must come to an end, I guess.

The new site also lets you purchase sold out/out of stock items. I rolled the dice on an item that was sold out but not shipped yet to see if I can slide in the queue.

Thank you for this. I checked and for default shipping, it had my old work address with a former employer across town that no longer leases the space. Would have been a drag if my Steve Wayne figure pre-order got shipped there

No, but it was posted earlier that Shout says all order histories are intact and they working on incorporating them back into the new site.

Didn't know they were changing and see same issue with mine, no mention of my Stevie Wayne figure. Hope they are right about no issues with order history...
