^I would love to get the Piranha and Humanoids remakes, if Shout has those.

USA Yesterday's Shout! Factory title exclusives

Better late than never in commenting (had originally intended on commenting yesterday, but OCD got in the way). Out of the three new Shout! Factory title exclusives announced yesterday, am interested in getting Sawbones. The front cover artwork is reminding me of the front cover artwork for Shout's Blu-ray release of Dr. Giggles.

Not totally sure if I've looked at this film before, but the synopsis/plot with Adam Baldwin being among the cast rings a vague bell. Has an interesting cast by the looks of it, Adam Baldwin aside (Barbara Carrera (I'd like to throw in a title suggestion for another film she starred in around the same time for a Blu-ray release, Tryst), Don Stroud (post-Licence to Kill), Nina Siemaszko (previous screen credits include Wild Orchid II and an episode of Red Shoe Diaries) and Clint Howard.

Wouldn't be able to get Sawbones straight away, but it's a Shout title going on my list of the Blu-ray titles released by them that I want to get.

Pretty sure they lost the rights to this one (which is why their DVD went OOP).

I’d welcome them both, seeing these mid-90’s movies in 1080p HD is surreal.

Will Fantastic Four 1994 ever get a Blu ray release? Imagine when it does? It will be the biggest release of maybe the decade. I think Vinegar Syndrome could pull it off, maybe Shout Factory?

It got one around the time of Doomed but I believe it was a poor upscale:

It'd be great to see a blu of it, but doesn't Marvel (and now Disney) own the rights to this in perpetuity? I thought that was what the Doomed documentary inferred or just that Corman agreed to never release it? Or am I mistaken in that regard? We just covered The Flash on our podcast, and funny enough this F4 came up a time or two in discussing early to mid 90s comic adaptations.

I don't care what anyone says about the Corman version of FF - at least the costumes and characters looked right!

Has anyone heard if Scream will be at Comic-Con and if so will they do any special announcements? Sorry if this has been brought up/asked before.

Thank you

Man, shopping at the Shout Factory store has become a huge clusterf**k of an experience. Had to go through a bunch of verification steps with multiple codes just to gain access. Who do they think they are, the f**king Federal Reserve? Then shopping for stuff itself is a pain the ass. Nothing is organized in any convenient way, you have to find and then click on links just to get a synopsis. I was looking for the Exclusives, so I clink on the logo to get to the page, only to find ONE exclusive and a bunch of regular titles To top it off, Pay-In-4 wasn't available as an option, so instead of four titles I chopped it down to two. With these insane prices, there's no way I can spend a small fortune and not feel like a chump. It's just an overall unpleasant experience.

They are attending and have a booth (#4118), no idea about announcements.

Site does suck unless you search for a specific title you are looking for. All these companies getting "new" websites and also having new problems with their shipping/warehouses etc. What the heck is going on lately...?

And it's more entertaining than the 2015 film.

Carnosaur, Carnosaur 2, Carnosaur 3: Primal Species

I am really hoping the Carnosaur movies get a blu-ray soon. I had high hopes for them when they did the Roger Corman Cult Classics line. And even higher hopes when they acquired the Corman library.

Code Red even teased that they had Carnosaur 2 a few years back and nothing ever came of that. I think someone on here posted that Full Moon now has the Carnosaur movies but I don't know how valid that is.

Do you think its issues with elements? Are they damaged/lost? Or are the rights still tied up with this specific franchise?

Exactly! The one thing that I never understood is; why in the blue f**k you have to fix something that isn't broken!?
