I have sent pics to them as requested and have been credited or sent new merch There is probably a reason he didn't post a picture here. I think my comment about being hysterical was accurate since he blocked me.

What are you even talking about dude?
I didn't block you or anybody else (I don't even know how to block anyone here on blu-ray.com, seriously).
All I did was simply delete my previous posts. What is so wrong with that?
I only even deleted those posts because I wasn't anticipating or expecting to be ridiculed in the way that I was:

That's just disrespectful, immature, and unnecessary.
But hey, if ganging-up to publicly belittle me or my situation entertains you guys or makes you feel better about your own lives, so be it (I guess).

My lesson has been learned and next time I will not share my personal experiences regarding damaged items with anyone on this website.

Hopefully next time you will remember: "If there's nothing nice to respond with/post, don't respond/post anything at all."

I just can't help but find it a bit disheartening that fellow members on this forum, who I can only assume are also Blu-ray enthusiasts and collectors themselves, would not be at least somewhat understanding of being stuck in this type of dilemma.
(Paying high-prices for items only to receive them crushed in the mail and having to hassle with employees who could honestly care less to resolve the issue or repeatedly question your sincerity.)

I find this all especially "interesting", considering how you have recently posted similar complaints/concerns in other threads:

"I am in the USA and am fully expecting mine to be destroyed. The damage to local customers orders is disappointing to see."

But alas, I digress...

Don’t worry, I think you ferreted out a couple of Shout Studios employees...I mean “fans” Why try to fix difficult and expensive problems like poor packaging and scratched discs when you can shit on your customers instead.

Thanks for the support, that's why YOU rock Rayjg!
This whole situation just makes me appreciate dealing with other boutique labels like Vinegar Syndrome even more now (even when there's a problem with an order)!
I really do try and go out of my way not to piss off anyone here on blu-ray.com for any reason at all.

Life is too damn short so: "Be excellent to each other and party on dudes!"

Has anyone managed to get the wishlist to work on the new site? It just hangs whenever I try to add something to it. I tried deleting my cookies and logging back in too.

I was at SDCC preview night tonight.

I was hoping Shout had the Child’s Play 4K for sale early. The guy there said the files just were sent to the manufacturer.

I asked if they are working on a NMOES Box set and he said they are trying. They were close once or something something. But doesn’t sound like they have one in works.

I asked how about F13th 4k and he said he would like to, and said he worried Paramont would only give them their 4K scan of the 1st film.

I bought the Motel Hell 4K, it came with a poster. $30. No tax.

According to Brad Henderson of Terror Vision, the studio doesn't want to license out Nightmare to any boutique label.

Could someone who is there ask them *politely* if they're making any progress in resolving the scratched discs issue?

Then just commission Paramount to do a new 4K scan, straight from the original camera negative with Sean Cunnighman supervising the restoration. That way we get a new and proper 4K transfer for UHD and Blu-ray AND Paramoutn can keep the transfer for future viewing purposes (physical, streaming, etc.) Everybody wins.

Thic CAN work and both companies will benefit and get something out of this; it's friends helping friends.

At least F13 4Ks is not entirely out of the question at Scream Factory. It's all a matter of convincing Paramount to do new restorations.

Any chances of the RZ Halloween movies being released in 4K this October on Scream Factory?

I'm sure Psycho 2-4 will be released from Scream soon.

If not though, no reason not to pick up the newly announced Arrow UHD set. $65 on Diabolik is a great price for what looks to be an amazing set. Not to mention you won't have to worry about scratches and will probably end up paying less since Scream would probably release them individually.

Not likely, since Lionsgate has them.

Either way they’d probably be upscales, as they were finished on 2K DIs.

Ok. Went back today. There were different people at the booth. I asked one person if she knew about new movies they might by releasing and she pointed to another person behind the counter.

So I asked. Any chance you might be releasing Jaws 3 or 4 4k anytime. She said no they weren’t working on them.

I asked what about psycho 3 or 4 and she said no, like the other we have to make a deal with the studio and there weren’t any deals.

She might just give that answer to any movie inquiries she gets.

The guy the night before seemed more interested in talking about it.
