Wasn't there a Bullmoose page for a Ginger Snaps trilogy? Second Sight will be releasing a trilogy box set. I may or may not pick that up; was hoping for a 4K of all three. Maybe the Bullmoose page is for a future US set. Maybe via Vestron?

Haha. He's one of my favorite characters and favorite hitman character period. He's from the longest running manga series out of Japan I believe. Such an interesting character and I'm 100% you would love some of the stories/manga about this character.

Vestron wouldn’t be able to do a trilogy set because Lionsgate doesn’t own the first one, and SF wouldn’t be able to do a set without licensing the sequels from Lionsgate, which seems unlikely (though not impossible since KL managed to get a deal). The odds of a US set of all three seem very slim.

Via Vision has a trilogy set available along with the upcoming set from Second Sight, perhaps that's the other page you recall seeing at some point? The Via Vision release I picked up about a year ago for just about $30 if I recall correctly. Checking e-bay right now and I see a copy for $25 shipped. It was just released last year and was being sold on Amazon when I picked it up. I'm sure the Second Sight release will be excellent, and any potential 4k releases would also be excellent, but between the via vision trilogy and the Scream Factory release of the first film, I've got all I need for that franchise.

The Via Vision Release is out of Australia and is Region A friendly.

Ahh, I thought it was a play on the Japanese pro wrestler, Dick Togo. (Then again, the wrestler may have been inspired by that character to base his performer name.)

Maybe it's meant for the eventual alternate slipcover/poster combo?

So happy SILVER BULLET is coming to 4K!

I assumed Paramount would want to put the 4K out themselves.

So here's my updated list of SF Collector's Editions I want upgraded to 4K:

Trick r Treat ('07)
Class of 1984
Day of the Dead (OCN is supposedly missing)
Cobra
Starman
Dead Zone
Silent Night, Deadly Night
Dracula, Prince of Darkness
10 to Midnight
Ninja III: The Domination
Sleepaway Camp
Brides of Dracula
Explorers

Strong month, but no JFK or Alexander so maybe that info was bogus, and maybe JFK will be from Warner.

They were never expected for November. It's December at the earliest. There's still no real confirmation that SF has them. I speculated that, and then after Digital Bits said SF may be the ones releasing it.

Just wish Someone would release YAKUZA DEKA in the US. Long overdue!

‘Surviving the Game’ is one of the announcements of the year. Wow, Shout Factory/Scream Factory continue to do amazing work. Big standing ovation from me, great job to everyone working at the company.

So in all likelihood Digital Bits just copied what you wrote.

Joke answer: They need to hide Mission to Moscow within one of the discs.

The upper front page header now has some of the November releases, but Silver Bullet and Tales from the Darkside still are not listed in the “New & Upcoming Releases” or “Site Exclusives & Gifts With Purchase” sections. They both do for sure have posters, just seems weird this far after most going up those still need searched for. Still hoping for an exclusive for Darkside at least considering this, not used to it taking this long for things to be updated.

It is still weird to me that they aren't offering some kind of bigger/fancy packages for either of the two films ^ I don't get their thought process sometimes...

Question

I wonder if Scream Factory (or Kino Lorber, or Film Masters, or whoever...) could properly restore and release They Saved Hitler's Brain (1968) on Blu-ray anytime soon? Perhaps even include Madmen Of Mandoras (1963) along with it!

Me too. I wouldn't be surprised to see one of them get a BB Exclusive Steelbook, since it seems like we get at least one every month now.
