You can be fairly confident they wouldn't call it 1 & 2 for the live action films considering it's not called that. And it would fit with the precedent from WRATH OF MAN that Shout can/will release recent MGM theatrical titles if they can - I've been wondering why HOUSE OF GUCCI hasn't shown up yet (like Wrath of Man it had some INTL 4K releases) but this makes a lot of sense too.

I'm just scratching my head about Orphan. It would be disappointing if it's just a Collector's or Special Edition Blu-ray, which is what it seems to be listed as now. That seems to be the treatment a lot ofWarner releases are getting of late like Lost in Space, Thinner, and Coma. I was hoping SF would do a 4K for it, and First Kill (which got a 4K internationally).

The Island of Dr Moreau for sure. Would love a new scan of Addams Family Values, but sounds like these are the animated films.

Looks like smaller films and asian films might be web site exclusives from now on.

The internal Amazon listing for Killer Klowns lists it as "Killer Klowns From Outer Space : 35th Anniversary Edition [4K UHD]". Makes me wonder if it was planned for last year, but postponed.

Orphan. Nice. Seems like they liked working with Collet-Serra on House of Wax. I'm sure the prequel hype helped too.

I count Dr. Moreau as a bad movie that is more fun to read about than to watch but I might pick it up on a sale. If you haven’t seen it, go in blind. It’s pretty batshit.

The video game is out later this year, so maybe they decided to time it closer to that.

I feel like Orphan has to be 4K. It’s readily available for $9 right now on Blu. Hmm.

But very excited for Killer Klowns.

Kind of a meh month imo. In for Killer Klowns, and maybe for Dr. Moreau, depending on the details/extras/included cuts (I own the old Blu with the director's cut). Lukewarm on Orphan and Dracula 2000, and no interest at all in the animated Addams movies or whatever that Gretel movie is.

Gretel & Hansel is Oz Perkins's most recent movie... I was pretty disappointed by it personally after loving The Blackcoat's Daughter. Might revisit it before the 4K drops to see if I've changed my feelings on it.

Stoked for Killer Klowns 4k because I only have the "dollar tree" blu ray. Will probably pick up Dr. Moreau since I enjoy that one a lot, possibly Dracula 2000. First SF titles ive been excited about this year. Hope some cool store exclusives pop up too.
